We have a few clocks made by family members which had stopped working over the years. Having never put a new mechanism into a clock, I had very little idea of how to work out what part I needed to fit in the various clocks and match their existing hands. I watched the Clock Shop video and learned exactly what I needed. 3 different mechanisms for 3 different clocks. I got my parts yesterday and have already replaced/refitted the mechanisms on all 3 clocks and they are now working perfectly. Fast postage and perfect advice. Thank you, Clock Shop!
