I found the Clock Shop website when Google led me to a YouTube video of one of the clocks. The website was easy to navigate and display the various clocks in the category I was after. However, for several of the clocks, the photos were somewhat inconsistent in showing the colour of the timber. Better control of the lighting would improve that. The sounds of the chiming in the videos were useful. I phoned the shop twice with questions, and the staff were very helpful. The actual buying process was straightforward, and the Express delivery to Sydney was fast. I had ordered the clock on a Friday afternoon, and it was at my door on the Tuesday, early morning.
