The information I found on the Clock Shop website ensured I chose the correct parts for our clocks, which ensured an easy fix. The website was easy to navigate and postage was prompt. We now have 3 clocks all ticking away perfectly (and my daughter has given me 2 of hers that need fixing!). Not bad for a little old lady.
