Hello, I bought a cuckoo clock for my friend, something she has always wanted, and she loves it. I was so glad that I could phone to purchase the clock and not have to do it online as my details have previously been hacked. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and I had to preorder the clock as it wasn't available at that time. Everything went very smoothly with the delivery and I received prompt emails tracking the delivery process. Also the video of the clock on the website was very helpful considering we couldn't visit your shop as we live in South Australia. The clock is exactly the same as the video.
