I found that the customer service was excellent. I initially had trouble opening an account and they helped me via email until I was successful. I then placed my order and received it in a "timely" fashion. My clock is now fixed and running beautifully. Throughout this process, my questions were immediately answered in a kind, thoughtful and professional manner and I will not hesitate to purchase again from this well-run business. It was a pleasure from start to finish!!!!
