The website is easy to use however I must have made a mistake and didn't get the expected result. To sort this out I telephoned the next day. The staff were super friendly and helpful and had my issue sorted quickly. The package arrived in a timely fashion with my item securely packed. I did not unpack it yet. It is a Christmas present and so hopefully is in good repair and will delight the recipient.
