Items came to me in (Melbourne) as described and I really appreciated the web site as well that ensured I got the right products. I have installed it all now it the German brand was well worth the few extra dollars and has not lost/gained any time since I got it. The only thing I would have liked is matching minute and hour hands as an option on the product size I required.
