I purchased a Takane mechanism and hands to go in an old clock that was losing time badly. Easy to install and not keeps time very well. I have another clock with the same mechanism and it has long kept good time, so I'm happy to recommend this mechanism. Clock Shop shipped the parts quickly and their website is very helpful.
