Would have given this negative stars if I could. I decided to book taxi on Saturday at 6:30pm. Calling them to check where the car is, they kept saying 15 minutes. An hour later I called again and they said the car hasn’t even left yet. I decided to get in another taxi and he even said “they are a scam don’t ever trust Clocktower”. I called again to discuss a refund and was told to “shut up” and this man laughed. I have never been so angry - don’t trust this company EVER. not even worth the “cheaper prices” as they never ever come anyways. Disgusting behaviour. So shameful and should be closed down immediately.
