Pre booked a taxi to pick us up from Wembley after a concert
We knew the trains were on strike
Our taxi did not show up when we rang the company we were hung up on twice
Then on the third time was told the driver went home they can send another car in 4 hours
3 young women stranded in London hardly any phone battery and no way of getting home
Well done for providing a truly shitty experience
