Yet again blocking the high street by parking on double yellow lines outside the clock tower and cutting lanes down from 3 to 2. Driver nowhere in sight despite constant horns for them to move.
Total disregard for other drivers (and the Highway Code!!!). What other Driving rules do they break??!!??
