Poor communication. Issues with amount of cancellation fee. Paperwork says £90 but been charged £275 that has been sold to a debt collection agency named "cuts" in less than one week of cancelling policy . I called to pay £90 fee several times when finally got to speak with correct I was told it's £275 and already sold on after 10 years of being a loyal customer and no issues with regular payments made my me
