In the past I have spend more than £2000 with closet. However I placed an order which was delivered on 1st December. When I tried to return some items on 31/12 this was refused as per policy. Admittedly I was 2 days over the date but they wouldn’t take into account the extra bank holidays nor my past custom.
I will never buy again.
It’s sickening that they value their customers so little.
