“Whilst the first dress I bought via John Lewis was fabulous , my experience of buying direct from this company has not been good. I need to return the item unworn with all the labels attached but they have not responded in 8 days . I am beginning to think they do this so you are outside the return window. I will not buy from them direct again.”
“I have been a loyal customer since 2019, ordering at least twice per year, total value above £ 1,500. Last experience was very disappointing - I have been instructed by one of their employees that I can return the order beyond the timeframe (they will made an exception), and now the employee left the company and they don’t want to reimburse me. I don’t see why I need to be impacted by an internal move they had or by the fact that one of their employees promises things against their return policy. Definitely, they lost a client, will never buy anything.”

“In the past I have spend more than £2000 with closet. However I placed an order which was delivered on 1st December. When I tried to return some items on 31/12 this was refused as per policy. Admittedly I was 2 days over the date but they wouldn’t take into account the extra bank holidays nor my past custom.
I will never buy again.
It’s sickening that they value their customers so little.”

After numerous emails and on line chat attempting to change it, I was told by Edita that she could cancel this order and order a new one. Then she said it was too late it had already been dispatched.
