I have been a loyal customer since 2019, ordering at least twice per year, total value above £ 1,500. Last experience was very disappointing - I have been instructed by one of their employees that I can return the order beyond the timeframe (they will made an exception), and now the employee left the company and they don’t want to reimburse me. I don’t see why I need to be impacted by an internal move they had or by the fact that one of their employees promises things against their return policy. Definitely, they lost a client, will never buy anything.
