Ordered a Ping 425 Hybrid club & trying to get in contact with customer service is a nightmare. On hold for 33 minutes then 28 minutes then 31 minutes finally got through to be disconnected twice. They do not answer emails I have wrote three emails with only an automatic reply saying we will be in touch! Well still waiting. This is the first time I have bought an item from Clubhouse and it will certainly be the last. It’s American Golf for me from now on don’t know why I even give this place a go, poor customer service all round, never again
