This was my first order from Club L London. I ordered a navy jumpsuit for my birthday to arrive on the 3rd August.
It was not delivered to my home, and when I got in contact with Club L London customer service they said I had to wait 28days for them to conduct a investigation before an outcome would be given! They said they had to check cctv and with the courier even though I have a ring doorbell camera!!
Unfortunately for me I was out £60 which I could have used at my regular shop so now I have no jumpsuit , or £60!
The customer service really is poor compared to any other brand I order from! I’ve never had any issues with Oh polly, house of CB or misguided.
I wanted my refund but I won’t get it ! I will never order again or recommend to any of my friends due to my experience
