I placed my order on Saturday and paid extra for express delivery (1–3 business days). It’s now Wednesday, and my dress still hasn’t even been shipped even though I need it by tomorrow. They completely waste your time and don’t keep their express delivery promises. I basically ordered this dress for nothing since it won’t even arrive on time. Never again!

I ordered four dresses for an event about three weeks before the day of the event. The shipping says it should take 4-7 days and it’s been 3 weeks. Two of the dresses shipped together and arrived after 2 weeks from the purchase date and the third one followed a few days after. The Fourth dress still hasn’t arrived and it was confirmed based by customer service that it hasn’t shipped, three weeks after the purchase date. The dresses are gorgeous and high quality, and I’d recommend them for a black tie event, but make sure you order them at least 4 weeks in advance just in case. Do not, I repeat do not order anything from here and expect it to arrive within 7 days, it’s not going to happen.

I ordered a dress almost a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped out.. There’s no customer service number so I’ve emailed multiple times and always get some lame excuse. They created a fake tracking number with FedEx and said my dress would be here in two days. Now, they are saying the dress is lost in transit. No, FedEx never received the dress from the company! I’ve requested that someone gives me a call and no one does. I will never order from this company again. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I had one of the worst customer experiences with Club L London. I placed an order (£190.50, Order No. UK2676245) and provided the correct billing and delivery details. The payment and billing postcode were correct, the first line of the delivery address was correct, yet the company’s system generated a delivery label with the wrong postcode. The parcel was then marked as “delivered” to a non-existent address. The Post Office confirmed to me that delivery could not have taken place with the incorrect postcode, and that only the sender (Club L London) has the authority to investigate. Despite this, the company refused to help. Instead, they issued a “final response” denying all responsibility and left me without my goods or a refund. This behaviour is unacceptable for a UK trading company. Under UK consumer law, the retailer remains responsible until the goods are physically received by the customer — yet Club L London refused to comply. I am now pursuing a chargeback with my bank and have reported them to Trading Standards. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, as their customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and shows no respect for consumer rights.

I am going through a terrible experience with this company. I am also unclear whether the email responses are AI generated or not. I ordered a dress for AUD 411 on the 31st of August. Before I could complete my order, the money was deducted from my account and next minute, I received an email, confirming the order, wrong address in Sydney with my accurate billing address. This mistake was immediately notified to Club L via email and I asked them to change the shipping address to my home address, which is the billing address. There was no response to this. I then receive another email, confirming the order has been posted to the Sydney address. I have been trying now for 3 days to get this order sent to my address. There is no success. There were so many emails sent to me by the Customer Service, apologising and saying they can't do anything about the shipment. I have bought clothes from them in the past, therefore, they can see my past billing and shipping address. I am so frustrated with the negative attitude and unhelpful responses Club L customer care has sent me. It makes me think that these are autogenerated emails with no human touch. I seriously request the CEO or director of the company to look into these matters. Surely, there is a way of rectifying a shipping address?????? DPD ( a lovely lady who answered the phone), agreed to send it back to the sender if they were instructed to do so. I will be grateful if the Management Team can look into this and give me a solution, either send it to my address or give me a refund. I am even happy to pay for shipping charges again, which is better than losing 411 dollars.

I had a terrible experience with Club L. My order never arrived, and despite following their instructions and waiting the 3 days they asked, I still have not received my dress. I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service multiple times, but no one has responded to me. This was a very important order, and I am extremely disappointed. Their lack of communication and poor service has been frustrating, and I do not recommend shopping here. Still seeing if someone will response.

The worst service i have ever experienced I made an order the money has come out of my account and i got no order number confirmation to say ive purchases I keep sending emails no one replies I have been ignored The dress i purchased is for a special occasion and now im confused i dont know what to do

Bianca was so helpful! My shipping label didn’t populate and it made my returns past the window. She worked through problems with the return portal to be sure I was able to send dresses back! So appreciative of her help!

Attempted x5 times to contact and only able to speak with AI assistant Alice, who stated my query would be sent to an assistant who could assist and respond within 24 hrs- still no contact. my ordered items have been paid for and not yet received (2-4 day delivery paid for and now on day 6) the items are needed by tomorrow otherwise no requirement for the items... also the order number is identified as the tracking number yet its not a tracking number . therefore unable to see where the order is at.....

I have been trying to get in contact with Club L London and speak to a representative. Each time I send another email, I am referred to an AI assistant, Alice. I need an actual human to answer my question, because while I was trying on one of the dresses I purchased, the tag that says 'If you remove me, I'm yours forever' came off. However, there is still the circular tag and plastic attached, so it's clear that I didn't intend to actually take this off. I want to know if I will be reimbursed for this return, as I don't like the dress. No one has responded to my 3+ inquiries and the clock is ticking for the return window. I have a feeling no one will respond until that 14 day return window is up and then I won't be able to return it.

Got a dress, was not like the picture it was very see through so i returned it and they told me they would refund me half and the rest after they receive the dress which they have not done. I tried to speak to an agent to get my refund i was promised and they told me that the shipping and return fee is not refundable when they clearly said i would be refunded the rest of my money once they receive it.

Love, love, LOVE this merchant. I have purchased several items and they fit beautifully and are exactly as represented in their advertising. I never think twice when I decide on a purchase. I’m immediately in anticipatory excitement mode, just waiting for arrival!

Club London absolutely screws you over with their shipping and return fees. It is $18 to return items from the US. They do not disclose this information on the website. Do not order from here it is not worth it and their customer service is not helpful.

I see a lot of reviews are the same as mine. As I was charged to return a dress that was never worn because it was too big. This is ridiculous. I hope women do not buy from this company.
