I’ve been a Club L London customer for several years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My package was not stolen. It was misdelivered to an incorrect address, and this is clearly shown in the delivery confirmation photos provided directly by the courier Club L London uses. I supplied those images and supporting documentation multiple times. Despite having clear proof that this was a courier delivery error, not theft, customer service repeatedly insisted it was stolen and pushed for a police report. I explicitly stated that I do not consent to a police report being filed on my behalf, as this situation does not warrant one. The evidence already provided confirms the package was delivered to the wrong address. What’s most frustrating is the constant back-and-forth and generic responses that ignored the actual documentation. This wasted both my time and my money. As the customer, this situation was entirely outside of my control, especially when the proof comes from the courier the company chooses to work with. It feels like an attempt to pressure customers into an unnecessary police report rather than addressing the actual issue, likely knowing most people would rather give up than go through that process. That approach is disappointing and unfair, particularly when the facts are already clear. Because this matter was not resolved appropriately, my review reflects both the poor customer service experience and the lack of accountability in handling a straightforward misdelivery.

Such a bad customer service! They made me pay for customs duty twice (once included in the original price and second when I receive the package from my post office) and they did not take any responsibility for that! Their attitude towards this issue was one of a kind. They have zero respect for their customers. This was definitely my first and last purchase from them.

I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but this clothing brand—as well as Revolve—seems to consistently use excessive material in their designs. Every item I’ve ordered (about four dresses and one romper) has had very oversized sleeves and a heavy fabric, which ends up making me look wider and bigger than I am. I’m only 5’3”, and I feel like most of these brands’ styles are really made for women who are at least 5’7” or taller.

I bought a dress and it does not fit me well at all. I went to the return portal and was informed it was a "final sale," even though nothing on my invoice states this. The dress is still available at full price on their website so this makes no sense. I have sent emails and attempted to resolve this via chat. I finally took photos and sent the to my credit card company. And note: your package arrives with no return address.

They didn’t unfortunately, Dreadful experience, spent 664 on 4 dresses in mid October but none suited so did the return properly and within time with their company who have emailed confirmation of return on 28 Oct and I still have not got my money back, no phone number, just AI agent who says I am outside return time so now have no dresses and no money, do not use this company, no refund yet and it is 3 December

Returns policy SUCKS. You have to return to a courier not AUS POST and there is only 1 of them in Perth. And they charge you $38 to return something. No way it costs that much to return something by normal post. Won't be buying from here again.

Terrible customer service. They completely disregard you and made my one and only experience with this company awful. They go months of them not responding. My issue was that I ordered a bikini top and bottom and a one piece swim suit. The package came with one the one piece and the bottoms, no top at all in the package nor in any separate package. I see the receipt says all 3 items so they clearly missed the bikini top! When I complained to them, they continuously dismissed me saying its there and it clearly was not! Do they think I would go through this entire hassle and months of emailing to try and scam them of one swim suit top?! Pathetic brand. On top of that, i just wanted to return the pieces and get a refund, well their shipping took longer than the date estimated and so when the item arrived and they weren't responding to me, they forced me to miss the 14 day return policy on a $250 order!! The two items that were delivered don't fit anyways. So eventually they ghosted my continuous cry for help on my order and Im here completely scammed!

Loved the dress online. However when I received the order, the material looked cheap( for that amount of money) I was expecting a better quality material, the fitting was off. 2nd there isn't a customer service live agent to speak to regarding the issue. Then a fee is charge to the customer for returning the merchandise for not fitting and not being satisfied. I wish that I was aware before wasting my time. I would give them a NO star, however that option is not available. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I placed my order on Saturday and paid extra for express delivery (1–3 business days). It’s now Wednesday, and my dress still hasn’t even been shipped even though I need it by tomorrow. They completely waste your time and don’t keep their express delivery promises. I basically ordered this dress for nothing since it won’t even arrive on time. Never again!

I ordered four dresses for an event about three weeks before the day of the event. The shipping says it should take 4-7 days and it’s been 3 weeks. Two of the dresses shipped together and arrived after 2 weeks from the purchase date and the third one followed a few days after. The Fourth dress still hasn’t arrived and it was confirmed based by customer service that it hasn’t shipped, three weeks after the purchase date. The dresses are gorgeous and high quality, and I’d recommend them for a black tie event, but make sure you order them at least 4 weeks in advance just in case. Do not, I repeat do not order anything from here and expect it to arrive within 7 days, it’s not going to happen.

I ordered a dress almost a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped out.. There’s no customer service number so I’ve emailed multiple times and always get some lame excuse. They created a fake tracking number with FedEx and said my dress would be here in two days. Now, they are saying the dress is lost in transit. No, FedEx never received the dress from the company! I’ve requested that someone gives me a call and no one does. I will never order from this company again. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
