The worst service i have ever experienced I made an order the money has come out of my account and i got no order number confirmation to say ive purchases I keep sending emails no one replies I have been ignored The dress i purchased is for a special occasion and now im confused i dont know what to do

Attempted x5 times to contact and only able to speak with AI assistant Alice, who stated my query would be sent to an assistant who could assist and respond within 24 hrs- still no contact. my ordered items have been paid for and not yet received (2-4 day delivery paid for and now on day 6) the items are needed by tomorrow otherwise no requirement for the items... also the order number is identified as the tracking number yet its not a tracking number . therefore unable to see where the order is at.....

I have been trying to get in contact with Club L London and speak to a representative. Each time I send another email, I am referred to an AI assistant, Alice. I need an actual human to answer my question, because while I was trying on one of the dresses I purchased, the tag that says 'If you remove me, I'm yours forever' came off. However, there is still the circular tag and plastic attached, so it's clear that I didn't intend to actually take this off. I want to know if I will be reimbursed for this return, as I don't like the dress. No one has responded to my 3+ inquiries and the clock is ticking for the return window. I have a feeling no one will respond until that 14 day return window is up and then I won't be able to return it.

Got a dress, was not like the picture it was very see through so i returned it and they told me they would refund me half and the rest after they receive the dress which they have not done. I tried to speak to an agent to get my refund i was promised and they told me that the shipping and return fee is not refundable when they clearly said i would be refunded the rest of my money once they receive it.

Club London absolutely screws you over with their shipping and return fees. It is $18 to return items from the US. They do not disclose this information on the website. Do not order from here it is not worth it and their customer service is not helpful.

I see a lot of reviews are the same as mine. As I was charged to return a dress that was never worn because it was too big. This is ridiculous. I hope women do not buy from this company.

Never received my order, sent emails to customer service. They sent a link to a disclaimer form that never worked and then emailed me that since I did not fill it out they would not investigate my missing order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Very disappointed with the return charge Ordering from Canada cost me $49.70 for postage return My fault I did not read the return fees However I have ordered from several clothing companies and have never had to pay shipping

The delivery time to the US was horrible. I ordered a dress and gave myself enough time to get it delivered. They mentioned that it will be delivered between 3-6 working days. That's not the processing time for the product to get to your house. It is their processing time to get the product out of their facilities. It took at least 14 working days to get the dress. Do not get fooled. I did not get the dress on time and I did not get to use it where I was supposed to use it. I don't think I will use it anyways. I need a refund. Advise to all give yourself at least one month for delivery.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER OR ANY CONFIRAMTION OF DELIVERY. THE CHAT ASSISTANT JUST STATES IT CANNOT HELP ME SO I AM STUCK PAYING OUT ALMOST £400 FOR NOTHING AT THE MOMENT.

Do not buy from this company. I bought 6 dresses that were never delivered. I’ve contacted the company via email and I have not received an update. I needed a dress for an event and had to buy a dress from another company. Club L London customer service was horrible. They didn’t address the issue in a timely manner, didn’t provide helpful solutions, and they don’t even have a number to call. I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I received my order, but it is too small and I needed to exchange it for a larger size. There are also white spots on the dress. I sent an email with attached pictures on the same night that I received the order then I attempted to process a return, but it would cost me $40, even though I only paid $14 for shipping. The same dress I purchased for $165 is now priced at $210 if I want to buy a size bigger. I was extremely disappointed. Not only do I have a dress that is too small despite selecting the correct size according to the provided sizing chart, but if I want to exchange or return it for a larger size, I will have to pay a significantly higher price. This situation is disheartening. their respond to my email was" Unfortunately the exchange rate has increased, which means the item you ordered has also increased in price to reflect this" which part of that respond make sense? Horrible site to shop. DONT SHOP FROM THEM.

My item arrived late, I paid express shipping (which guaranteed delivery in 2-4 business days). The item did not arrive on time and I was not provided with a refund. Horrible company, would not recommend and I will never purchase from them again based on my bad experience.

Returns are not free and cost me over $40 to ship back an item I bought for $110. Crazy amount - can’t remember the last time I had to pay for a return let alone it be this much money! I won’t be shopping here again since I can only shop online and I’d be worried I won’t like the product

Nice looking clothes but the minute you need a refund is when they will get difficult. Had a dress that before even wearing was ruined by being ironed according to instructions and had loose threads. Emailed 4th August to request a refund and asked to return item. Followed up mid August they said wait for 2 weeks after receipt. Didn’t hear anything back. Have emailed again 3rd September. Very disappointed to need to chase this and haven’t had this experience with any other companies. 1 month to get a resolution is madness even with needing to send an item back! Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Clear they do not want to provide refunds even when warranted.

These clothes are extremely cheaply made and misleading, not like the pictures. Tried to make a return and the company wants you to pay $40 upfront before they’ll even process any return!! Absolutely ridiculous.
