I used to shop here all the time but as most services have these days , the quality of clothes have declined and the customer service too. Now the next day delivery is unreliable and be careful with refunding as they may reject your refund even though that was the state of how you received the item .

We ordered a Jumpsuit on the 16th Oct which came and looked cheap and nasty. We returned immediately and Club L have refused a refund because they say its been worn. It was never worn beyond trying on the garment. They sent us photo's of a grey material showing white marks, the item we have is black ! They have now returned the item and no surprise, not a single mark. According to them, they use a "special" machine identifies marks on the crotch! nonsense and if it is correct, how do i know that it hasn't been tried on before and returned? As a consumer we don't have access to the same "special" detectors when inspecting our deliveries. It is an absolute scam and appalling behaviour for what is meant to be a reputable company. They have since offered me a 20% refund by way of a credit note towards something else. I dont want a damn discount code, I want my money back, I have sent them a video of the item (the returned item) which clearly shows no marks on the BLACK item. There may be marks on their GREY item but that isn't what I returned. The team simply don't listen, the service is awful and I am now having to waste time with the ombudsman. Stay away and buy from someone more trustworthy.

SCAM I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I've had with Club L London. I placed a significant order for multiple outfits, and it pains me to say that I feel I've been scammed out of £200. I carefully selected the items, anticipating a seamless shopping experience, and ensured that I followed all return policies to the letter. I returned all items except for one, which I intended to keep. These items were returned in the same pristine condition in which they arrived, without a single mark or blemish. The quality of the products should speak for themselves, yet I was met with a shockingly unjust refund denial for two of the items. What troubles me further is the basis upon which my refund request was denied. I have been informed that the denial is due to alleged markings on the items that are not visible in the photos provided from them. This is not only unacceptable but also deeply concerning. I can assure you that there were no markings on the returned items, visible or otherwise. It is alarming to think that such unjust denials are tarnishing the reputation of a brand that many customers, including myself, have trusted. I sincerely hoped that Club L London can rectify this situation promptly and demonstrate the commitment to customer satisfaction that I had previously believed in, however I’ve received no such response or solution. Please be warned of there tactics of refusing refunds to gain customers money. This is just one of many reviews that have reported them of doing this. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU POTENTIALLY WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM.

Said I’d washed the dress so wouldn’t accept the return even though tag was still in place and untampered with and I had not washed it! Disgusting service.

BEWARE of not getting your refund back. I've been waiting for a month to get my refund back and all i get is the run around from Club L London reps. The manager doesn't even want to talk to you and help you resolve the problem. Its Beyond ridiculous and i had to reach out to my credit card provider to file a dispute claim. IT's been an awful headache and i don't wish this on anyone. Save yourself the drama and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I pay for next day delivery yearly but twice out of three deliveries Haven’t come for 2/5 days takes ages for refunds and nobody to contact

This is one of my first negative reviews I’ve ever written (as a 28-year-old) but I’m hoping to save someone else the pain. Especially all the gals from Aus and NZ. I ordered a blazer dress. I paid $30 shipping to Australia. The dress arrived and was actually a top. I work in business so I would’ve kept it for work but I was so disappointed as it felt and looked incredibly cheap. The metal hooks (buttons) down the front weren’t stitched on properly and were falling off. For a blazer priced at $170 I do feel there should be a certain standard adhered to. Their online chat person was really unhelpful. I ended up having to pay another $30 to return the dress. So $60 total in shipping fees for an overpriced low quality piece of clothing is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of the company reaching out about a refund I then had to follow up with them, this was after over a month of no communication. Still waiting for my refund as we speak. I will never purchase anything from here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you’re from Australia and NZ I would avoid purely based just on the shipping costs, the risk of needing to return and the poor customer service. It’s not worth it.

I was very dissatisfied with my order and my customer service experience. The hassle is not worth the price point nor the quality of the clothing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible quality products and customer service. Dress purchased for a wedding at the last moment. Upon arrival the dress was ripped. I photographed the dress and managed to secure the tear with a safety pin and change in hair style. For £120 I felt it was a poor quality product and sent this back. I later received an email stating ‘ Hi’ no acknowledgment of my name and of a very accusatory tone refusing to provide a refund. Avoid if possible. Even if you’re desperate like I was.

I have bought two dresses from here in the past, both have only been worn once. One to a wedding And one to a christening. On Both dresses the material has wrecked, become loose and out of shape. Club l londom refuse to give a refund , discount , repair or replace I think this is very unfair as the prices of the dress is very expensive and should definitely be better quality

Horrible Company and terrible customer service. I purchase a $160 dress for my daughter’s wedding in June & had to pay for shipping. Dress was poorly made and did not fit. Had to pay to return it through their portal & take to USPS who gave me a tracking #. It was returned 2 days after I received it. I Tracked the merchandise and it was picked up by their shipping agent. I have not received email confirmation from Club London that they received my return or a refund and it has been 8 weeks. I have emailed them countless times to no avail. I am now involving my credit card company to contest the charges. Fair warning, DO NOT BUY FROM CLUB LONDON!!! They will rip you off!!

Ordered a blazer but in different colours. The cream one I wore out to an event and it was absolutely fine, perfect, loved it. But then when I came to wear the black one, although it was months after I purchased it, I came to realise that the item was defective and made incorrectly. The hooks used on the black one are noticeably smaller, thinner and shorter meaning that when I put it on, it would pop open and my boobs and nipples would be fully out on display. I sent clear photos of both blazers where you can clearly see the size difference of the hooks, regardless of when I purchased it, it shouldn't matter, I paid £75 for an item that was unwearable from the beginning. Club L are refusing to give me a full refund, which is just disgusting and awful customer service.. I have spent ££££s with them but they wont be getting my money anymore.

I was sent a dress with STAINS!! Tried to contact customer service for a refund but only receive AUTOMATED messages and there is NO PHONE number to call. This is very frustrating after spending hundreds. I will NEVER use this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! they will scam you for your money completely!! God for bid you ever need to return an item. They will receive a return, spray perfume on it, put make up on and take photos of it edit that and then send it back to you saying that you dirtied the dress, it smells and they can't process it. The customer service is horrific. I know that sometimes you see reviews like this and think you've just had a bad experience and you're not happy about it, hence why you're writing a review, but I can only hope you take this seriously. This company is horrific please please do not buy from them at all. I think the worst part about it is being accused of dirtying something it's one way to completely crush. Someone self-esteem makes you feel horrible embarrassed, and the fact that it's not your fault is even worse. There's no appeal process.

Do not use this company I kept 1 dress and returned the dresses that I did not want to keep. I have not be given a refund for half of the returned dresees even though they were all returned in the same package. The return was made a month ago and I am still waiting for hundreds of pounds in refund - had to call my credit card company to step in and help. There is no telephone number to call if you have any issues and the response time from emails is 5 or more days - I sent an email nearly 2 weeks ago asking for an update and I still have not recieved an answer. My credit card company protection was my last resort. I will never use this company again.

Paid for next day delivery, two weeks later still no sign. Constant back and forth to get answers. Told I now have to wait 30 days for an investigation so no dress, and no money back! Event will have been and gone by then so at this point I’d just like my money back. Lots of similar stories out there about this place - I would avoid.

If I could give a 0 stars I would! Scammers! Stay away! I bought 5 dresses- got delivered 2! Nobody knows what happened to other 3! Returned 2 back- they are claiming that only 1 has been received back! Disgusting! Never again! Customer service is not existing!

Unfortunate Shopping Experience, Strongly Discouraged I am penning this review with regret and disappointment, stemming from an unfortunate online shopping experience with this company. It's only fair that potential customers are made aware of the issues I've faced so they can make informed decisions. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the outfit in an unacceptable state, covered in dirt and stained. I believe when we make online purchases, we place our trust in the company to deliver clean and quality items, especially given the price we pay. In this case, my trust was unfortunately misplaced. To add insult to injury, the company, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation promptly, pinned the blame on me, which I found quite distressing. They insisted that I return the item at my expense, asking for an additional fee for the return shipment. Despite being the party wronged, I complied in hopes of receiving a full refund. Regrettably, after shipping the item back and bearing additional costs, I am still awaiting my refund. The company's unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism throughout this situation have been disconcerting, to say the least. All in all, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I strongly advise against wasting your time, energy, and hard-earned money with this business. I believe we as customers deserve better service, quality, and respect. I wish I had never placed an order with them, and I won't be making the same mistake again. Let my experience be a warning for those considering purchasing from this company. Do your research, and think twice before investing your money here.
