Unfortunate Shopping Experience, Strongly Discouraged I am penning this review with regret and disappointment, stemming from an unfortunate online shopping experience with this company. It's only fair that potential customers are made aware of the issues I've faced so they can make informed decisions. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the outfit in an unacceptable state, covered in dirt and stained. I believe when we make online purchases, we place our trust in the company to deliver clean and quality items, especially given the price we pay. In this case, my trust was unfortunately misplaced. To add insult to injury, the company, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation promptly, pinned the blame on me, which I found quite distressing. They insisted that I return the item at my expense, asking for an additional fee for the return shipment. Despite being the party wronged, I complied in hopes of receiving a full refund. Regrettably, after shipping the item back and bearing additional costs, I am still awaiting my refund. The company's unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism throughout this situation have been disconcerting, to say the least. All in all, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I strongly advise against wasting your time, energy, and hard-earned money with this business. I believe we as customers deserve better service, quality, and respect. I wish I had never placed an order with them, and I won't be making the same mistake again.
