Hi, I have two queries. I returned two items in the same package on 4/11/2022 order No UK895801. I’ve received a full refund for one item (Daphne £95) but I am still awaiting a refund for the other item (Darling £120) I placed a second order 26/10/22 order no. UK899874. This order arrived later than expected 14/11/2022. The order not suitable. I have gone through the return process online and I am being told it’s gone past the 14 return policy. Although I only received it yesterday. Can you please contact me ASAP and clarify when I will receive my refund and how I can return the second order. Regards Macey Boyle

Does anybody in this company make decision on faulty goods, I contacted you on behalf of my granddaughter who bought a dress from The company. After one wear, the dress was falling apart!!! Photographs of the item and order details were forwarded to you many weeks ago and yet, to date, no decision or contact as been made despite her providing you with the additional information you requested, Might be time to take further action on her behalf.

You cant contact them, all emails are automated and have nothing to do with the questions asked, they will ask you to complete an online form which may get responded to but if you ask a specific question such as can I have the complaint information you will not get an answer

You wont get a refund, they will either deny receipt or state that it was returned in poor condition to avoid refunding, they have been reported to trading standard

You will be able to return it but not get a refund, they will say you caused the damage, I have proof the items I returned are in good condition but they have ignored it, sent to trading standard, no respect for consumer rights

im getting very frustrated cannot contact yourselves easily. I ordered something probably over 3 weeks ago? returned part of my items for exchanges probably the next day? I've only just heard this morning that your refunding the items ??I do not no why ?? I. thougt may be you didn't do the sizes I requested ? only to find you do. To be honest I wasn't going to re oder the items because I'm not happy with the service ? but I like them. so I have this morning. I have been waiting for almost a month now for a refund as my item was saying it was delivered however this was NOT the case! I have been emailing almost every day and still I haven’t been told where the item is?? or giving my money back!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely very frustrating!!!

I have some items I want to return. However I have no return slip. I've tried to get a qr code and a returns level and have gone through all the correct methods through your site. However its not working at all. The qr us not coming through and for the return label it's not accepting my email or address, however it accepted when I payed. I'm so disappointed. What can I do? Can you send me one. This was my first time ordering. Please can someone contact me as soon as possible. I really don't want to leave any bad reviews just want the issue sorting. I should easily be able to return my items.

This is one of their many tricks, take the money and not send the items, send poor quality items and then do not refund, this is their standard practice and they dont help the customer at all,
