“ Returns are not free and cost me over $40 to ship back an item I bought for $110. Crazy amount - can’t remember the last time I had to pay for a return let alone it be this much money! I won’t be shopping here again since I can only shop online and I’d be worried I won’t like the product ”

“ This place is awful! After over 30 days of back and forth to return 1 of 2 dresses that was misshaped and disfigured, they tell me it’s too late. Ha! I was like it’s your fault. They prolonged sending the link to return the dress until it was too late. Now I have to pay someone into alter the dress is I wish to use it! Buyer beware. Returns are not friction-free because they will play games with you! ”
