DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I returned an item nearly 3 weeks ago and received no communication I have chased and chased to no avail!!! In my second order I bought 2 dresses, in a different colour but same size. One dress was the right size but the other was significantly smaller!! See pictures attached. Also the stitching was weird and oddly sewn on. They offered a 40% refund but what am I meant to do with a faulty item? Given that I haven’t received a refund for 3 weeks ago it’s unlikely I’ll get one for this item!!! I am sick of this company. Report them to trading standards and if you’ve used PayPal then raise a dispute also! I have. Don’t let them get away with robbing you!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! they will scam you for your money completely!! God for bid you ever need to return an item. They will receive a return, spray perfume on it, put make up on and take photos of it edit that and then send it back to you saying that you dirtied the dress, it smells and they can't process it. The customer service is horrific. I know that sometimes you see reviews like this and think you've just had a bad experience and you're not happy about it, hence why you're writing a review, but I can only hope you take this seriously. This company is horrific please please do not buy from them at all. I think the worst part about it is being accused of dirtying something it's one way to completely crush. Someone self-esteem makes you feel horrible embarrassed, and the fact that it's not your fault is even worse. There's no appeal process.

Unfortunate Shopping Experience, Strongly Discouraged I am penning this review with regret and disappointment, stemming from an unfortunate online shopping experience with this company. It's only fair that potential customers are made aware of the issues I've faced so they can make informed decisions. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the outfit in an unacceptable state, covered in dirt and stained. I believe when we make online purchases, we place our trust in the company to deliver clean and quality items, especially given the price we pay. In this case, my trust was unfortunately misplaced. To add insult to injury, the company, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation promptly, pinned the blame on me, which I found quite distressing. They insisted that I return the item at my expense, asking for an additional fee for the return shipment. Despite being the party wronged, I complied in hopes of receiving a full refund. Regrettably, after shipping the item back and bearing additional costs, I am still awaiting my refund. The company's unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism throughout this situation have been disconcerting, to say the least. All in all, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I strongly advise against wasting your time, energy, and hard-earned money with this business. I believe we as customers deserve better service, quality, and respect. I wish I had never placed an order with them, and I won't be making the same mistake again. Let my experience be a warning for those considering purchasing from this company. Do your research, and think twice before investing your money here.

Do not buy from Club L. They will take your money and ignore you. I have never been left with no choice but to leave a true unfortunately negative review for a company before. I ordered a dress in October that did not fit right, I immediately returned it and I was notified by them that they had indeed received this dress but still no refund not even an update, not even store credit just a generic msg about the fact I will be told when the order has been received. Like what?? They have no customer service number so you are left to either abandon the mission to get your hard earned money back or to ensure repeatedly sending emails requesting an update. It is so sad as I am normally a loyal customer but I will NEVER spend anymore of my money there and I will ensure that no one I know does since this is the way they do things. They don’t even know how many customers they have lost just yet. Such a shame.

No one waste your money buying from this company they are a disgrace! If you are in the same position report them to trading standards and get them closed down!! I bought three dresses from them, I decided to send all three dresses back. When Club L London processed my refund they said I only returned two dresses. When I looked at the reviews I knew I’d have no chance getting my refund. When I messaged them it took a while to get a response, but when I did they lied and said I haven’t returned the three dresses. I sent them the proof of the weight of the parcel and they said that this was wrong. They said that the three dresses should weigh 1.2kg and it only weighed 300g. So they’re telling me, one dress could weigh 900g whilst the other two dresses weighed 300g. They’ve stolen £60 off me and plenty of other people too. This company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Girls please do not waste your money and listen to the reviews. Complete and utter scammers they are a disgrace stealing off people. I’ll never buy off them again!

They don’t refund items I sent two back and they refunded one, they are not contactable whatsoever, no one replies to anything and they stole money for me? They have the item and I don’t have my money? That’s theft.

Ordered a dress for a friends wedding, it came, I tried on and didn’t like the fit so I put it back in package and returned with in timescales, Then 2 weeks later I got an email from Royal Mail to say my club l package was being delivered but I hadn’t ordered anything, To my surprise it was the dress I had already returned (which I returned with all labels and ribbon attached, no marks or damage, in perfect condition) So I emailed them, they didn’t reply, I emailed again, still no reply, I messaged on social media and then got a reply to my email with a screen shot of an email from abbey saying they had emailed me (I searched all my emails and this email was not found) at first they said it had been returned to me due to the condition it was returned in so I pushed back with photos showing the dress was in a perfect condition, they then said it was returned due to it looking like it had been worn. Once again I replied to this to say it was pretty impossible to wear it as it had a black ribbon all the way around the dress and tags still attached (I would of looked pretty stupid wearing that out) I asked for contact details or a senior manager or complaints department. To this I got an email signed of from ‘club l team leader’ saying it was returned due to it smelling like it had been worn ( I checked the smell of the dress! It doesn’t smell! Furthermore kinda insulting) 3 different excuses for not refunding me my money. Club L are scamming their customers and refusing refunds to perfectly returned items! I think the refund inspector and their customer service team all need some additional training! Looking on here it appears I’m not the only one who has experienced such an appalling service one of which seems to be exactly the same issue!

I have contacted you numerous times to complain that I had returned a jumpsuit in perfection condition and been refused a refund. Not only did you refuse a refund you send the jumpsuit back to me and suggested it had been damaged. This is impossible as the jumpsuit was only tried on and sent back the same day it was received. I have the jumpsuit it is NOT damaged. I have read numerous reviews from customers complaining about the same issue. I am not a fraudster and will not be accused of being one. You need to address this issue or risk losing valuable customers.

This is one of my first negative reviews I’ve ever written (as a 28-year-old) but I’m hoping to save someone else the pain. Especially all the gals from Aus and NZ. I ordered a blazer dress. I paid $30 shipping to Australia. The dress arrived and was actually a top. I work in business so I would’ve kept it for work but I was so disappointed as it felt and looked incredibly cheap. The metal hooks (buttons) down the front weren’t stitched on properly and were falling off. For a blazer priced at $170 I do feel there should be a certain standard adhered to. Their online chat person was really unhelpful. I ended up having to pay another $30 to return the dress. So $60 total in shipping fees for an overpriced low quality piece of clothing is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of the company reaching out about a refund I then had to follow up with them, this was after over a month of no communication. Still waiting for my refund as we speak. I will never purchase anything from here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you’re from Australia and NZ I would avoid purely based just on the shipping costs, the risk of needing to return and the poor customer service. It’s not worth it.

This company only cares about one thing, and it’s your money. Such a horrible experience with Club London! Their customer service sucks and they have no telephone number? They charge you so much for shipping and returning items, it makes no sense. I ordered a dress for my Baby Shower and it took over a month to get it! When I had contacted Club London about this issue, they literally did not care to do anything at all about this situation. Plus, I paid an additional $16 for “express shipping”. I will NEVER be ordering from Club L again and I will also tell all my family/friends not to either.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a black maxi maternity dress for my father in laws party, the dress was lovely but just simply too tight around the tummy area. I returned the dress within a few days to be contacted by the company and told I was not getting a refund as the tag was removed, it was in a worn condition and has a strong smell of perfume. None of these true, they then backtracked 3 times on email saying i wasn’t getting the refund simply because it smelled of perfume. Again I could have been wearing perfume when I tried this dress on but certainly would not have had a strong smell of perfume and I explained that. I have just received an email to say a manager has looked into it and now not only does it smell of perfume it is also in a worn condition funnily enough no mention of tag being removed. I even asked them to double check they had the correct customer as I am baffled at their claims. I literally tried the dress on for 5 minutes. It’s not even about losing money which obviously isn’t great especially for a new mum it’s the principle that I did not wear the dress and they are refusing a refund and asking me to pay more to get the dress back. Looking back at other customers comments seems I am not the only one this has happened to recently. Total scam of a company and will never use again!

Absolute SCAMMERS!!! Before ordering from them please read reviews. I have only received a partial refund! I am still waiting on my next payment. Items look good online but looks and feels CHEAP! OVER PRICED. No customer service to contact as they don't provide this. I have taken the matter further. Please please do not order from them no matter how lovely the dress maybe. To be honest they should be taken down. In this difficult times you should not be scamming people of their hard earned money.

Tons of people are coming on their Instagram and twitter saying the same but they keep deleting all their comments! Absolute frauds!!!!!

‼️‼️DO NOT ‼️ ‼️‼️I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS, the customer service is horrible I placed an order early September didn’t receive it until mid October they claimed my order was a preorder which was not true . I received conflicting messages giving me 3 delivery dates by 2 different ppl. Then when I tried returning my item because it was too large after one day of receiving it I was told I was outside my return limit date I the screenshot my arrival date of package given a code to enter and guess what took nearly a month for the return to process to only get a partial refund because they claimed the one piece had a stain in the crotch area . I never wore the item and when I tried it on of course I tried it on with undergarment also the body suit was so baggy it couldn’t even touch my private areas . ‼️DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ‼️

NEVER ordering from Club L London again, disappointed is an understatement. Ordered x3 dresses through Amazon next day delivery 2 weeks ago and have not received any emails / notifications since to say my order has dispatched. Paid over £400.00 and nothing back. Absolutely shocking service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a $160 dress that looks nothing like the photo so I tried making a return. I paid the $18 return/shipping fee & they provided me with an ALREADY USED QR code. I went to USPS to return the item and I was told the QR CODE/Return barcode was already used. I reached out to customer service serval times over the past few weeks both via email and social media only to get no response. When I finally got one I was told since it’s been more than 14 days I can’t return. I paid for the shipping label & return well before the 14 days window was up and emailed them several times for a new QR code well before the 14 day window was up! Now not only am I stuck with a $160 dress but I also lost $18 in the return.

Horrible experience with them, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER. I wanted to return some items immediately after trying as they did not suit me. They accepted some and send back a dress without an explanation. When I contacted their customer service to ask what happened they were extremely unhelpful and very rude. They did not give any reason, kept coming back with different unrelated excuses and did not return the money. They literally ROBBED ME! They also charge for the return service- who does that these days?! So be very careful because if you want to return anything, you will end up LOOSING YOUR MONEY. Also if you ever end up getting a response from customer service, a woman named Abbey is horrible!

I returned their $100 since it didnt have a nice look the thead line from inside was showing on the outside. They charge $20 to ship it. Like $18 to receive the return. And now they send me an email saying i was not eligible for return. It looks like the damage the dress and send me pictures saying they will charge me 20 to ship it back to me. Excuse me??? This was not worn!!! Look out for the shipping company you made me use for return. I send this intact, sharp! Nothing on it. Nobody has wore this.!! My wife try it on to see if she can use it for her event. And it doesn't look like the picture once she put in on, as it shows a poorly thread lines that show division on finish line on stitches.Therefore she bought another one DRESS FROM AMAZON for her photoshoot. I demanded to speak to customer service. This is an abuse!!! Nobody calls... terrible! This over here is steeling, and in this economy, thats very wrong. It Cost me to received it, cost it to ship it. Didn't want to return in my form of payment. And now  want to take my money without this being worn. Wow.  I am furious at the poor customer service and abuse. Never shopping here again. I am also a small business owner this is insane what you guys are doing! Return peoples momey in their form of paying. Stop trying to force to buy again from you. Rip off!
