“Quality of the clothes is 2nd to none I love their dresses and have had lots. The last two orders have left me disappointed as one of the dresses had faulty stitching down the back so had to be returned. As the Premier customer, I never look at delivery as I assumed, as before it was next day delivery, so the dresses didn’t arrive for my party. Partly my fault. I re-ordered the dress again It ticked for next day delivery and it took more than two days! DHL delivered my dress, normally they leave it in a cupboard and leave me a calling card. He put the dress in the side cupboard, took a photo with the door closed, then opened the door, removed the parcel and took it with him. (Video evidence) I received an email asking me to arrange alternative delivery. Saying the parcel Needed a signature ???? No calling card was left. I have never had to do this before with this company. I’m not sure what’s changed. it puts me off ordering anything for a special event as I still do not have the dress and it’s three days since I ordered it. Normally I would give a five star review, as the company have been amazing in the past. Just disappointed recently”

“I didn’t actually like their fabric/material of the dress, I would like to refund but they are asking for $28.65 to pay. I would keep the dress better and try to sell it on Facebook marketplace. This website is the worst”

“The post of the item that I purchased was very fast just arrived in 2 days, however the quality of the dress is not acceptable. I bought it and i like the style but will never were it.”

“The only reason i am giving 3 starts is because the dress itself it was beautiful. The send me a dress for my baby shower with a defect i couldn't fix myself luckily i had someone to fix for me . And the defect even that it was obvios it was at the top of the zipper where my hair goes so it could be covered. I was really annoyed because it was an inconvenience for me been heavily pregnant getting this fix when i paid for this dress and express delivery on top of it. Not cheap it should have come in great condition. When i contacted them i never heard anything back. So not great customer service. When sending items you should carefully check some ppl might not have the time to fix it like i did.”

“I ordered a dress, received it after like 10 days, not bad but I don't like that it's made with double fabric and the seams don't match up. Looks cheap for a €83 dress. I'm usually a 12 and ordered L. Not tooo bad but not worth the cash.”

“The clothes are good quality, but I wasn’t impressed with them making me pay express shipping. They stated on their website regular shipping was available but for me automatically it was express and there was no other method. That I didn’t like at all very disappointed”

“dress is beautiful but is cut to a weird shape. upper body didn't fit me as a B cup when I ordered a size 12. arrived with makeup/ fake tan tint on straps but not too noticeable. would love if it was just made for a more realistic body type”

“Loved my dresses and came so fast but unfortunately one has a hole in, i’ve been in touch about this but no response yet… hoping this can be refunded and i’ll happily stitch the monitor hole as thankfully it’s in the lining”

“Dress is absolutely stunning only downfall was sizing is small. I’m normally a size 6 and have had to return my dress to get a size 8. Still a little worried it won’t fit when it arrives. Quality and colour are beautiful”
