“My $100 dress looked like a $15 clearance dress at TJ MAXX. I lost money returning it and will never purchase from them again.”

“Sizes are so small took forever for my parcel to come And I hate the fact I had to pay $34:00 for return the dresses and I had to pay for delivery to my place I lost almost $55 for nothing So I don’t recommend you to buy from here”

“The clothes were cheaply made they were not cut to size and I'm having a hard time trying to return there's no real way of getting in contact with them for a return label you had to go so terrible don't work in there.”

“Placed an order and realised I had one dress quite similar so emailed within an hour and asked if I could just exchange it for another and pay the difference. 5 days later got a reply to say they no longer offer exchanges even though the dresses had not been shipped. Now I have to wait, receive and then send back for a refund and buy other item I want. Quite absurd when the order still wasn’t shipped. I buy quite often from here, the clothes do run small but are normally good quality however I do think processes and customer service needs to be addressed!”

“Complete disappointment. The dress itself looked good and fit perfectly but as soon as I got to the event that I bought the dress for, the zip busted wide open. No reason. The dress was not tight. So a faulty zip fitted is the only explanation. Needless to say it left me very exposed and super embarrassed. I drove 1.45 mins to the venue to simply drive all the way back home. Completely ruined my day!!”

“Ordered two tops from Club L London, the feathery top, and the organza sleeve bodysuit. The feathery top was cute, but the zipper would NOT stay up - no it's not because I was trying to cram any voluptuous curves into the wrong size, it was actually slightly too big, but the zip was trash with no locking mechanism at the top. The top arrived too late for me to find a back up option so I had to keep it, and pray to all of the gods that the poor little safety pin I used would maintain my dignity throughout the night. The organza sleeve body suit was an actual joke. The mesh fabric was dingy and looked creamy off-white, and came up barely past my nips it was so short in size. To clarify, again, no I'm not a glamazonian 6 foot goddess, I'm very much an average sized gal with bee stings for ta-tas. If you're anything above a B-cup this bodysuit is not for you.... unless that's your vibe 😉. Would I order from them again? Absolutely not, would I recommend you order from them? Girl what you do with your money is your choice.”

“The dresses are good quality bur not accurate in size. I also found that not being able to get a refund on a dress on sale, but only credit valid for a month is not great and in line with many other only stores.”

“Dress is beautiful how ever it came ripped paid next day delivery as the dress was needed for the weekend a dress at £60 I don’t think it should be coming with spilt seems in two places it made the dress feel a bit like poor quality first time Iv order and it puts you if ordering again”

“Ordered the ‘patiently waiting’ maternity dress for my baby shower. Order arrived swiftly however very disappointed in the colour, nothing like the picture at all! I will be keeping the dress as I unfortunately don’t have time to change it but i feel very reluctant about it and ripped off. This is false advertising. I appreciate in the pictures I share the lightning is not the same but the colours aren’t close. It’s a bubblegum pink and the dress I received was a dusky dull pink. It’s such a shame because I adored the original colour and it matched my baby shower theme perfectly. Won’t be ordering from you guys again.”

“I made this order from Germany and as advised used my pre-pregnancy size UK 10 which is also what I also wear from River Island. However on trying it out, I found the sleeves are way too big in comparison to the rest of the dress (see video). I'm crying because my baby bump shoot is scheduled for 2 weeks and I have no alternative. It would be great to get at least a recommendation from you on this. Thank you very much.”

“The strap of the dress had come off, and the wire under the chest area was coming out and I had to sew both of those back in place. Also, I asked for “next day delivery” and it arrived a day after expected. However the rest of the order matched the picture perfectly.”

“The delivery and online service was fast and good! However, I ordered a wedding dress which cost £100 but looks like something that cost £40. It’s a lovely design but poorly executed. It’s see through hasn’t got a lining and the seems not sewn in properly. It’s ill fitting. I think they’ve charged more just because it’s a wedding dress but the quality really isn’t there!”
