Placed an order and realised I had one dress quite similar so emailed within an hour and asked if I could just exchange it for another and pay the difference. 5 days later got a reply to say they no longer offer exchanges even though the dresses had not been shipped. Now I have to wait, receive and then send back for a refund and buy other item I want. Quite absurd when the order still wasn’t shipped. I buy quite often from here, the clothes do run small but are normally good quality however I do think processes and customer service needs to be addressed!
