Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a $160 dress that looks nothing like the photo so I tried making a return. I paid the $18 return/shipping fee & they provided me with an ALREADY USED QR code. I went to USPS to return the item and I was told the QR CODE/Return barcode was already used. I reached out to customer service serval times over the past few weeks both via email and social media only to get no response. When I finally got one I was told since it’s been more than 14 days I can’t return. I paid for the shipping label & return well before the 14 days window was up and emailed them several times for a new QR code well before the 14 day window was up! Now not only am I stuck with a $160 dress but I also lost $18 in the return.
