Unfortunate Shopping Experience, Strongly Discouraged I am penning this review with regret and disappointment, stemming from an unfortunate online shopping experience with this company. It's only fair that potential customers are made aware of the issues I've faced so they can make informed decisions. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the outfit in an unacceptable state, covered in dirt and stained. I believe when we make online purchases, we place our trust in the company to deliver clean and quality items, especially given the price we pay. In this case, my trust was unfortunately misplaced. To add insult to injury, the company, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation promptly, pinned the blame on me, which I found quite distressing. They insisted that I return the item at my expense, asking for an additional fee for the return shipment. Despite being the party wronged, I complied in hopes of receiving a full refund. Regrettably, after shipping the item back and bearing additional costs, I am still awaiting my refund. The company's unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism throughout this situation have been disconcerting, to say the least. All in all, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I strongly advise against wasting your time, energy, and hard-earned money with this business. I believe we as customers deserve better service, quality, and respect. I wish I had never placed an order with them, and I won't be making the same mistake again. Let my experience be a warning for those considering purchasing from this company. Do your research, and think twice before investing your money here.

This company only cares about one thing, and it’s your money. Such a horrible experience with Club London! Their customer service sucks and they have no telephone number? They charge you so much for shipping and returning items, it makes no sense. I ordered a dress for my Baby Shower and it took over a month to get it! When I had contacted Club London about this issue, they literally did not care to do anything at all about this situation. Plus, I paid an additional $16 for “express shipping”. I will NEVER be ordering from Club L again and I will also tell all my family/friends not to either.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They lie and accuse you of sending something back soiled and then send you photos of a completely different dress. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have returned a dress to Club London who fraduatley said it was damaged, their customer service is shocking and I have not heard from them in weeks. They have refused a refund and still have the dress I have returned - ABSOULUTE SCAM DO NOT ORDER

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a black maxi maternity dress for my father in laws party, the dress was lovely but just simply too tight around the tummy area. I returned the dress within a few days to be contacted by the company and told I was not getting a refund as the tag was removed, it was in a worn condition and has a strong smell of perfume. None of these true, they then backtracked 3 times on email saying i wasn’t getting the refund simply because it smelled of perfume. Again I could have been wearing perfume when I tried this dress on but certainly would not have had a strong smell of perfume and I explained that. I have just received an email to say a manager has looked into it and now not only does it smell of perfume it is also in a worn condition funnily enough no mention of tag being removed. I even asked them to double check they had the correct customer as I am baffled at their claims. I literally tried the dress on for 5 minutes. It’s not even about losing money which obviously isn’t great especially for a new mum it’s the principle that I did not wear the dress and they are refusing a refund and asking me to pay more to get the dress back. Looking back at other customers comments seems I am not the only one this has happened to recently. Total scam of a company and will never use again!

Bought dress and it was too big! Tried to return but they “can’t find my order number” have not been able to return! No response to emails!! Out of pocket and stuck with a dress that’s too big!

Absolute garbage. They sent me two defective items in a row (a dress for my wedding reception) and have no customer service number to reach anyone. SCAM SITE. They take a week to get back to you. I had to SPEND MY OWN MONEY to RETURN THE DEFECTIVE ITEMS and I still haven't gotten my money. They are useless in terms of helping you. AVOID THIS TRASH SITE.

I made an order at noon just few hours late the same day (6/3/2023)i asked for its cancellation. I received a reply from an employee the next day (7/3/2022)at 8:00 in the morning that the order was already shipped!!!lies!!! It was impossible!! So i asked for the tracking number to prove it!! They replied to me on Saturday 9/3/2023 that the order was shipped on 7/3/2023 so the employee asked the shipped after my cancellation demand!!! They believe that this is a good customer service?? Lias and thieves!!! I will follow legal path.

The dress I ordered was terrible quality. I had to pay shipping to receive and to return so I spent $40 for no dress and a headache because I used their return label. It took way too long and of course they had my money the entire time. I contacted customer service which was not even remotely helpful. NEVER AGAIN.

They emailed me a ‘tracking number’ and when I mentioned I’d added a second tracking number to it (which showed delivered) I received a refund within 2 hours. If you’re returning ANYTHING definitely add a second tracking number with the weight included. Clothes are ok quality but given their reputation I wouldn’t order again.

I bought 2 dresses from Club L first time ever ordering from them, the dresses didn't fit and I returned as soon as possible. I recieved a partial refund and I queried it and the Informed me that they only received 1 item, I have been going back and forth with them over or over a month about returning my money and they said that CCTV shows that I returned 1 item so they won't be issuing me a refund. I find this absolutely ludicrous. I have no reason to keep items that don't fit, I suggest you look Internally if you have a problem. I want my money back and I am.not going to stop asking for my refund.

100% Lies . Purchased three dresses which were removed from packaging and only tried one on . Returned all 3 together and only received a refund for two. contacted CLUB L who suggested that a dress that was never even tried on was returned with damaged stitching and dirty!! I will contest this until my dying day its total lies. The dress in question was only removed from packaging in our bedroom. They provided a photo of a damage card but not the actual damage and like I said before this is 100% LIES . We have even made the mistake of ordering again as these three dresses were unsuitable in either size or colour. There are some good reviews but rest assured I am not the only person this has happened to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I complained for months. Then someone told me that "omg we're so sorry this is so unprofessional we'll refund you" that was 4 weeks ago, they sure did send me an email saying I was refunded. Not sure they actually did refund the money though. SCAAAAAAAM. the worst service, you just have to see on their IG account how many people are complaining directly in the comments. AVOID. Just contacted me to tell me that I had been refunded my gift card but it's nowhere to be seen, they sent me a screenshot of it with the gift card number hidden. It's funny cause my refund should have been 123.99 but apparently it's only 120 now, and it was meant to be refunded to my payment provider. Didn't know I was getting paid in gift cards over here.

Rude customer service. I wanted to change out the color on a dress I had paid over 100 dollars for. I had the dress for a month, never worn, and the tags are still on it. We were told we were having a boy but it turns out we are having a girl. I wanted to exchange the dress for a pink color for my baby shower. I received an incredibly rude response about "drawing a line" in the sand when it came to returns outside a 14 day window. Absolute garbage customer service.

i was waiting for some shoes to try the dress on, so discovered on the 13th day that the dress i bought had a fault, a rupture on the side at the bottom, they have no customer service whatsoever, totally ignorant to my emails, it takes weeks to respond to a query, ended up with a faulty dress, £150.00 wasted, lots of stress and unhappiness. will never buy from them again and will take them to small court claims to compensate me for the damage caused emotionally and financially

They SCAM you on the returns. I sent my return back in new condition, paid $20 to send it back. I tried on right after the shower, no makeup no deodorant nothing. They’re saying my return came back with stains and smelling like perfume. I don’t even own perfume!! And they said I need to pay an additional shipping fee to return the item back to me or they’ll discard it?! Don’t order from this place unless you plan on keeping their cheap clothes

Do not buy from Club L. They will take your money and ignore you. I have never been left with no choice but to leave a true unfortunately negative review for a company before. I ordered a dress in October that did not fit right, I immediately returned it and I was notified by them that they had indeed received this dress but still no refund not even an update, not even store credit just a generic msg about the fact I will be told when the order has been received. Like what?? They have no customer service number so you are left to either abandon the mission to get your hard earned money back or to ensure repeatedly sending emails requesting an update. It is so sad as I am normally a loyal customer but I will NEVER spend anymore of my money there and I will ensure that no one I know does since this is the way they do things. They don’t even know how many customers they have lost just yet. Such a shame.

I paid a premium on my delivery to ensure my products were delivered within 1-2 days… 6 days later and following countless excuses and lies my order arrived obviously late. I contacted customer service requesting a refund for the delivery after I returned my whole purchase unopened and was ignored. Really bad service, would not recommend and will never buy again.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!!! What a useless company! Delivery partner messed up my order and now they won’t refund me! No one to contact, their social media is useless and takes 10 working days to reply! I’ve never seen a more useless company like this
