Ordered a dress £150 and it came faulty, had to go get it repaired as the day it came was my 30th. When I informed the company they offered me £30 for the repair cost I wouldn’t mind but the dress £150!!! Disgusting shouldn’t have turned up like that.

They were very inconsiderate. They asked me to stop emailing them and never provided a return code for my item. They sent me the wrong size dress for my wedding day. Despite paying for 2-3 business day expedited shipping, it arrived 7 days later. When I explained this, they showed no compassion and actually blamed me for the delay. Their customer service was terrible. I don't recommend Club London. I didn't seek a resolution; instead, I simply asked them not to treat any other customer this way. It was a terrible experience.

Very disappointed with this company and unfortunately won’t use them again in the future. Firstly, their estimated timeframe for delivery was wrong for me and my order arrived past the stated timeframe. Secondly, the entire website is so deceiving. Their URL is “.com.au” so you’d assume they’re based in Australia, not international. To return an item, you’re to pay $35 AUD, like wow. Absolutely disappointing, I was stunned. You’d think returning an item from an Australia URL would NOT be that high, apparently it’s all lies and is shipped from overseas but does NOT state so. Customer service team is quite disappointing to deal with. Can’t wait to get my money back and never shop here again.

Customer service is the worst, I needed help with a return and they responded every other day, dragging out helping me until the return window had passed, and then they just ghosted me. I bought two small maternity dresses for a black tie event I had, VERY CUTE, but I am 20 weeks pregnant and they were huge, would have only fit me if I was full term. Would have LOVED to get my money back.

For some reason my package was returned back to sender due to unknown address. However I tried to resolve the issue with the postal service and was unable to resolve it before it got send back to sender. I reached out to sender and never received a response. I kept checking on the tracking number to see if the package was received from the sender so I could receive a refund for the returned item. However the sender never picked up and now the package is marked as abandoned. It’s a loss for my because I never got the package or refund and no response from sender or solution. I will no longer be doing any purchases them again.

Scammers! DO NOT buy from them! They will not deliver the dress in the correct time and are not helpful at all. Their third party sites do not work with them either! Reported to the buyers bureau! Frauds! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I’ve spent close to $1000 and the order never arrived. They are fraud. Will not work with customers concern if your oder is missing.

Ordered multiple dresses, kept one and sent the rest back. I then received an email to say that one of the dresses I returned didn’t meet their returns policy as there was a ‘mark’on it. I found it very strange when I realised what dress was returned as it was the only dress I never tried on. After looking at the full dress it became apartment that there wasn’t a single mark on the dress and in fact nothing wrong with it. After emailing multiple times and sending multiple pictures of the full dress showing not a mark on it I’ve still been told they can’t do anything about it. Never had a bad experience with this website before but after this I certainly won’t be ordering again, very disappointing as I absolutely loved the dress I kept and have loved previous items before. I would advise anyone else thinking of ordering from this website to think twice, as y returns policy isn’t as described.

Be careful shopping here if you are making a couple of purchases and may need to return. Only recommended if you’re 100% sure on your purchase. I am an avid online shopper and always check out the return policy etc before my first time shop. I didn’t check reviews which was my mistake as you’d expect a company to comply to their own policies. This isn’t the fact with Club L. I bought 2 dresses knowing I would keep my favourite one for an event and return the other. I was shocked when I received an email to say they cannot accept my return as there was 1 hair on the inside of the dress and some ‘dust’. I received the item back and couldn’t see any dust on the dress but did find the 1 single hair, this may have fallen from my head while trying on or maybe came from their ‘inspectors’ head, who knows. I must say I have never had such an experience with any shop before. I receive multiple parcels a week from asos etc and they always adhere to their own return policy and have great customer service so would recommend shopping elsewhere. Personally I wouldn’t shop here again and I will be reporting them to trading standards as there is nothing about ‘hair’ or ‘dust’ in their return policy. Most likely as it does not affect the garment and you could simply shake the item and neither would be there anymore. I read reviews after my experience and do recommend others report to trading standards too so they can take action on this.

I placed an order and had no tracking information .. after chasing this up, I was told two weeks later that they had not sent my order to the warehouse. The customer service was shocking.

Never order here!!!!! I got a dress what was tailored super bad, so I returned it! But I’ve never get a response from customer support, and didn’t get my money back, dress was $220!

Tried to return an item but retur ns portal kept saying "error ". No response from customer service so returned item via tracking service to address under RETURNS on your website. Customer services have NOW responded acknowledging the portal was not working, said it was because my return was out of 14 days, which it wasn't when I first tried to access your portal, and telling me that as u had returned the item "independently" I was not "entitled " to a refund. No offer of credit either. Si you have the goods to sell on again AND my money. This is nothing short of theft

My item was sent to the wrong address. I have sent 6 emails, tried to call, and contacted their live chat multiple times to no avail. I will never order from this company ever again. I would like my money back but at this point I doubt I will receive any help, the item, or my money, and the order was over $100 for one dress. Super bummer.

Stay away! Returned two dresses only refunded for one. Found it really difficult to get in touch with company… eventually chased through email. They told me one dress was covered in dust and were returning to me and would not refund. My daughter tried on both dresses in same dust free room! How do I know this is not a scam and has been dropped on the floor in warehouse? I am NOT happy at all. Terrible customer service. I asked for a manager to telephone me to discuss but have had no correspondence.

Worst company to deal with. They are scam artists. Purchased over $400 worth of clothes…. Items looked cheap and were of poor quality. Returned items right away and it’s been over 2 weeks.. nothing. No response from customer service and then they blocked my email. Now working with my cc company to dispute charges.

BEWARE This company is a scam. I ordered 4 dresses from them and only liked the quality of one so I decided to keep it. It took me literally months to get my refund. They were claiming they didn’t get the items back but the tracking number stated otherwise. The customer service is non existent and on top of that I tried to reach out to them on social media about my refund and guess what?? They blocked me. That’s so low…

I used to shop here all the time but as most services have these days , the quality of clothes have declined and the customer service too. Now the next day delivery is unreliable and be careful with refunding as they may reject your refund even though that was the state of how you received the item .

We ordered a Jumpsuit on the 16th Oct which came and looked cheap and nasty. We returned immediately and Club L have refused a refund because they say its been worn. It was never worn beyond trying on the garment. They sent us photo's of a grey material showing white marks, the item we have is black ! They have now returned the item and no surprise, not a single mark. According to them, they use a "special" machine identifies marks on the crotch! nonsense and if it is correct, how do i know that it hasn't been tried on before and returned? As a consumer we don't have access to the same "special" detectors when inspecting our deliveries. It is an absolute scam and appalling behaviour for what is meant to be a reputable company. They have since offered me a 20% refund by way of a credit note towards something else. I dont want a damn discount code, I want my money back, I have sent them a video of the item (the returned item) which clearly shows no marks on the BLACK item. There may be marks on their GREY item but that isn't what I returned. The team simply don't listen, the service is awful and I am now having to waste time with the ombudsman. Stay away and buy from someone more trustworthy.

SCAM I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I've had with Club L London. I placed a significant order for multiple outfits, and it pains me to say that I feel I've been scammed out of £200. I carefully selected the items, anticipating a seamless shopping experience, and ensured that I followed all return policies to the letter. I returned all items except for one, which I intended to keep. These items were returned in the same pristine condition in which they arrived, without a single mark or blemish. The quality of the products should speak for themselves, yet I was met with a shockingly unjust refund denial for two of the items. What troubles me further is the basis upon which my refund request was denied. I have been informed that the denial is due to alleged markings on the items that are not visible in the photos provided from them. This is not only unacceptable but also deeply concerning. I can assure you that there were no markings on the returned items, visible or otherwise. It is alarming to think that such unjust denials are tarnishing the reputation of a brand that many customers, including myself, have trusted. I sincerely hoped that Club L London can rectify this situation promptly and demonstrate the commitment to customer satisfaction that I had previously believed in, however I’ve received no such response or solution. Please be warned of there tactics of refusing refunds to gain customers money. This is just one of many reviews that have reported them of doing this. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU POTENTIALLY WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM.

Said I’d washed the dress so wouldn’t accept the return even though tag was still in place and untampered with and I had not washed it! Disgusting service.
