They were very inconsiderate. They asked me to stop emailing them and never provided a return code for my item. They sent me the wrong size dress for my wedding day. Despite paying for 2-3 business day expedited shipping, it arrived 7 days later. When I explained this, they showed no compassion and actually blamed me for the delay. Their customer service was terrible. I don't recommend Club London. I didn't seek a resolution; instead, I simply asked them not to treat any other customer this way. It was a terrible experience.
