Beautiful items but they didn't fit right and I had only a 2 week window for return. I bought dresses for an event and preparing for an event before and after doesn't happen overnight. By the time I organized all my returns at 3 weeks, it was past their return date of 2 weeks! The usual US return window is 1 month. Complete waste of $300. Last time I'll be ordering and will let my friends and family know about this.

I wish I could give zero stars. It’s a while ago that I ordered something, and I keep forgetting to write a review. I ordered several dresses to try on for a wedding. After sending the dresses I didn't like back they said I haven’t put one dress into the parcel. After calling them they confirmed that they have received the dress *that apparently was missing* but that it is was used!?!?. I literally just tried on the dress and put it back, two people can witness that!! Their prove was sending me a picture with tiny bits of dust on the dress. Nothing else. if that person would have blown onto that dress the dust would just fly of!! that literally was a joke £65 for dress that is super ugly and way to big. The customer service is just unprofessional and stupid.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a $160 dress that looks nothing like the photo so I tried making a return. I paid the $18 return/shipping fee & they provided me with an ALREADY USED QR code. I went to USPS to return the item and I was told the QR CODE/Return barcode was already used. I reached out to customer service serval times over the past few weeks both via email and social media only to get no response. When I finally got one I was told since it’s been more than 14 days I can’t return. I paid for the shipping label & return well before the 14 days window was up and emailed them several times for a new QR code well before the 14 day window was up! Now not only am I stuck with a $160 dress but I also lost $18 in the return.

Worst shop ever!! Do not order I wish I read all the reviews before ordering ! Faulty dresses and such horrible customer service. If my issues with this company don’t get sorted I will take It to social media. I don’t know how they find it normal to send out faulty items and not respond to there customers with a solution! Absolutely disgusting

They posted me a dress with a huge whole in it. When I requested a refund/return/replacement dress for my engagement party, they never responded. Horrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST.

I ordered a few dresses to try on but due to me being heavily pregnant (36 weeks at the time) none of the dresses fit so I returned the items. I receive an email to say I had only been refunded for some of the dresses. When questioned, they stated 2 of the dresses were ‘damaged’ and I would have to pay for them. I asked for proof and was sent pictures with the tiniest dots of make up from trying the items on. I have been emailing back and forth with the company for the past week with no help. They have no understanding, empathy and the customer service is appalling. Please do not order from here. It’s not worth it.

Lying about sizing. I received my order from Club L yesterday that I had been looking forward to and I am very disappointed by the sizing. I ordered “All About You | Black Feather Bandeau Corset Top UK 10 / BLACK” However, the corset is nowhere close to the size that I ordered and I cannot wear it. I ordered UK size 10 as you see and it said that it fits for bust 92 cm and waist 71 cm. My bust and waist are 92 and 72 accordingly, but the corset is definitely at least 7 cm too small everywhere. I measured it and in the widest area it is 73, max 75 cm. Now where should I fit my bust in? I have contacted the customer service, will wait for the reply.

Horrible experience with them, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER. I wanted to return some items immediately after trying as they did not suit me. They accepted some and send back a dress without an explanation. When I contacted their customer service to ask what happened they were extremely unhelpful and very rude. They did not give any reason, kept coming back with different unrelated excuses and did not return the money. They literally ROBBED ME! They also charge for the return service- who does that these days?! So be very careful because if you want to return anything, you will end up LOOSING YOUR MONEY. Also if you ever end up getting a response from customer service, a woman named Abbey is horrible!

I returned their $100 since it didnt have a nice look the thead line from inside was showing on the outside. They charge $20 to ship it. Like $18 to receive the return. And now they send me an email saying i was not eligible for return. It looks like the damage the dress and send me pictures saying they will charge me 20 to ship it back to me. Excuse me??? This was not worn!!! Look out for the shipping company you made me use for return. I send this intact, sharp! Nothing on it. Nobody has wore this.!! My wife try it on to see if she can use it for her event. And it doesn't look like the picture once she put in on, as it shows a poorly thread lines that show division on finish line on stitches.Therefore she bought another one DRESS FROM AMAZON for her photoshoot. I demanded to speak to customer service. This is an abuse!!! Nobody calls... terrible! This over here is steeling, and in this economy, thats very wrong. It Cost me to received it, cost it to ship it. Didn't want to return in my form of payment. And now  want to take my money without this being worn. Wow.  I am furious at the poor customer service and abuse. Never shopping here again. I am also a small business owner this is insane what you guys are doing! Return peoples momey in their form of paying. Stop trying to force to buy again from you. Rip off!

If I could give them a minus review I would!! I wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them!! I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding 2 of which I didn't like the colours so didn't even try it on. When I returned my order I received a refund for only 1 dress and not 2, when I contacted to find our why I only received half my refund they said the dress was either worn or the tag was not on it which was NOT the case, so they returned the dress to me. When I received the dress the tag was still intact and the dress was not worn!! The tag itself actually looked faded and that is hardly the buyers fault if your selling clothing with bad tagging!! After numerous emails back and forth they are still refusing a refund despite the dress not been worn. Clearly they are doing this to ALOT of consumers! What's ironic is they are refusing to refund the most expensive dress I refunded! Stay clear of this robbing company they are thief's!!

Sizing was very off - far too small and the quality was incredibly poor. But the real issues came when I tried to return the dress and jumpsuit I'd bought. It took over 2 months for my return to arrive back at the original facility and it was close to impossible to get a hold of customer service in the meantime. The only tracking tool barely worked, but I was eventually issued only a partial refund for one item of the two I'd returned. Only to receive an email an hour later that they my package arrived damaged and they were going to revoke the refund. They are a mess. Never purchasing from them again.

Extremely poor from start to finish. Paid for 1 day delivery and not received in time. When received, over half of order was damaged (ripped), and had clearly been worn with make up stains. Returned items as received, in original condition with tags and packaging. Incomplete refund given and was told this was because the items had been returned "dirty with make up stains", despite these being present when I received them originally. I have NEVER had this issue with another company in the past, and seems like this is a very common occurence but unfortunately for me I had not researched them before buying. AVOID!

Same as everyone else below. My return was authorised by customer services as the item was faulty with a broken strap. Although the item was bought on 22nd august I didn’t receive until the 9th of September as per tracking. Apparently the shoddy 14 day return period had already commenced so when I tried to auto Stovall return I wasn’t allowed. They don’t take into account when you received item and don’t bother reading the customer service ticket back to see that they did in fact authorise return. The item was automatically returned back to me by them. I asked customer service why… a week later apparently it’s because they can’t accept a return after the 14 day EVEN THOUGH THE SAME AGENT AUTHORISED IT! Absolute nonesene. They need to be investigated by trading standards and everyone should complain

Please be very careful when ordering from this Company. I, like many others, have had a very bad experience with them. I have ordered several items from them, some of which I have kept, some of which I have returned. Refunds are taking weeks to receive. They are now refusing to credit me for a dress I have returned, despite returning it to them in original condition/original tags/ribbons/packaging/undamaged/unworn and in perfect condition within the 2 week timeframe. Customer service is terrible and there is minimal communication. They are advising me that the dress is damaged/worn/smelly which is totally untrue as I literally had it on for 10 seconds. I will be reporting these scammers to Trading Standards if they do not refund me. I have also still not received an order from 11th October (2 day Amazon delivery) which is now apparently lost according to Amazon, but I am still awaiting a reply from Club L London for a refund despite me sending several emails. There is absolutely no customer care. They really need to get their act together otherwise they will end of losing customers, myself included

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Expect to get no refund if you return a dress Ordered two items and both didn't suit me. I returned them after trying them on just once at the same time. However they only refunded one dress and not the other. They claimed the 2nd dress had a smell, which is completely false. They are refusing to refund the dress which is £120 and also not returning the dress. I will never order from this company again. They are thieves. The communication is terrible, you can only email them and they might get back to you within a week.

Don't buy from this company they send you worn items. I think the staff must be wearing them and then sending them out to Customers. When you return the item they accuse you of wearing it and don't refund you. Beware of this company they don't adhere to infection control and send you work clothing

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before ordering. I have had the same experience with Abbie accusing me of wearing the dress. I tried it on and it didn’t fit. The dress was returned with tags intact…she said it had been washed or worn…. but she didn’t clarify. I have definitely been scammed and would not recommend using this website.

I ordered a 2 of the same blazer in 2 different sizes on the 10/09, thought the blazer was quite pricey but treated myself anyway. I returned the bigger size on the 15/09 - I didn’t even try the bigger blazer on as I knew the smaller one fitted perfectly, tags were still attached and ribbon still through the arm. I was sent the parcel back to me with absolutely no communication whatsoever approx 1.5 weeks later. No explanation as to why. I emailed them and they state the item was returned in ‘an abused condition’, the picture attached shows the most minor makeup mark on the button which must have failed quality inspection on their side before sending!!! They also state they sent me an email but I have searched high and low through my emails and received no such thing. They are refusing to refund me and are coming across very rude and blunt on emails. Not helpful at all. I asked for the managers information and they have ignored me. After reading reviews I realise a lot of other people have had the same experience! I will NEVER EVER use this company again and I will be sure to spread the word that they are scammers and thieves. I agree with a previous review that they are probably in financial difficulty and trying to rob people despite our own challenges with the cost of living crisis etc! I am absolutely livid and will be disputing this with my credit card/trading standards as I have never experienced something so absurd in my life. DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY.

If I could rate a zero I would. The quality of the dresses have recently become so poor and yet the prices have increased. The customer service experience is awful, they are so unhelpful. I bought a dress for a very special event, the bone of the dress came through the material during the event and marked my body. When I asked to return due to it being “faulty” and actually if I am honest “painful” of course they rejected as it had been worn. The dress also has material coming away in several places on the dress. The second dress the size up, was covered in pulls and the material going away but yet they wouldn’t return as the time I returned from my trip I was past the return period. I used to use this site lots, won’t be using again and I am now in the process of reporting to trading standards. My friends have had similar experiences and they are going to do the same.

I I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I returned 2 dresses within the timeframe. The returns team claimed that one of the item was used as it had a intense perfume smell. I replied back saying both items were not worn and returned in the same condition received. They refused the return so I therefore requested my dress be returned to me. Abbie from their support team then said I would have to pay for the shipping to be returned of $30. I said I paid $30 to receive the dress, $30 to return the dress, I will not pay another $30 to have the dress returned to me when the dress was returned in proper condition. I informed her of my dissatisfaction to which she has now informed me that the dress has been disposed of. So my money has not been returned and my dress has been disposed of when I informed them I wanted it returned and was in the middle of a dispute with them. I found their actions to be extremely unacceptable and will never shop with their business again. To top it off the replies I would receive from them were extremely rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!
