i was waiting for some shoes to try the dress on, so discovered on the 13th day that the dress i bought had a fault, a rupture on the side at the bottom, they have no customer service whatsoever, totally ignorant to my emails, it takes weeks to respond to a query, ended up with a faulty dress, £150.00 wasted, lots of stress and unhappiness. will never buy from them again and will take them to small court claims to compensate me for the damage caused emotionally and financially
