No one waste your money buying from this company they are a disgrace! If you are in the same position report them to trading standards and get them closed down!! I bought three dresses from them, I decided to send all three dresses back. When Club L London processed my refund they said I only returned two dresses. When I looked at the reviews I knew I’d have no chance getting my refund. When I messaged them it took a while to get a response, but when I did they lied and said I haven’t returned the three dresses. I sent them the proof of the weight of the parcel and they said that this was wrong. They said that the three dresses should weigh 1.2kg and it only weighed 300g. So they’re telling me, one dress could weigh 900g whilst the other two dresses weighed 300g. They’ve stolen £60 off me and plenty of other people too. This company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Girls please do not waste your money and listen to the reviews. Complete and utter scammers they are a disgrace stealing off people. I’ll never buy off them again!

Still awaiting a refund since October, no contact number, told us they had received the items but no refund still. Awful service, will take this matter further as they owe us £130!!!

I ordered a size 12 and paid £8.99 for express 1-2 day delivery. I recieved 5 days late, and it was the wrong size. I was sent a size 8. The event I ordered it for had also already passed by this point. And then when I went to return it I was charged £2.99 for the postage. So iv paid £12 to be sent a dress the wrong size late. Ridiculous, I'm paying for club last poor service.

Absolute SCAMMERS!!! Before ordering from them please read reviews. I have only received a partial refund! I am still waiting on my next payment. Items look good online but looks and feels CHEAP! OVER PRICED. No customer service to contact as they don't provide this. I have taken the matter further. Please please do not order from them no matter how lovely the dress maybe. To be honest they should be taken down. In this difficult times you should not be scamming people of their hard earned money.

They don’t refund items I sent two back and they refunded one, they are not contactable whatsoever, no one replies to anything and they stole money for me? They have the item and I don’t have my money? That’s theft.

I am SO disappointment with the customer service. I was told in October via email I would be getting a refund due to a faulty and poor quality item and still 8 weeks on I still haven't heard anything from L club London. I have emailed countless times with no response. Will never order from here again.

Trying to get a hold of someone is like getting blood out a stone , I ordered 6 items kept 2 and returned 4 but have only been refunded for 2 sent message after message there phone number listed does not work. I will be taking it further as my receipt of return weight of package will clearly show more in package than they say. Wish I read reviews before purchasing anything . Looks like this is something they do a lot shocking

Been charged £150 for a jumpsuit that’s been lost in transit and no one wiLL respond to any social media message or emails to try and sort this out. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM! I returned my items a month ago and they haven't refunded me or replied to ANY of the many emails I've sent, Instagram DM's, comments, Twitter DM's and comments. Tons of people are coming on their Instagram and twitter saying the same but they keep deleting all their comments! Absolute frauds!!!!!

I made an order a few months back and I only received 2 out of 3 items that I ordered and my package had clearly been opened and then held together by elastic bands. I know this probably wasn't Club L London's fault but I did email them to tell them what happened and there was a lot of back and forth and they took AGES to respond, some of my messages to them even bounced back because their system has issues. After TWO MONTHS of back and forth, they finally send me a form to fill out to declare that I am truly missing an item, which I did and then sent to them but lo and behold, my email bounced back and it kept bouncing back - bare in mind the deadline for me to return this form to them is only 3-4 days after they sent it to me. Anyway I finally gave up and then tried again a couple of weeks later. It finally went through and after another round of painful back and forth, they tell me that I've missed the return window so I can't return any of the items and they're not even going to investigate why the other item has gone missing. It's been 11 DAYS and they haven't responded to my last email. Poor poor poor service from this atrocious company. I'll be telling all my friends and family to NOT shop from them ever!!!!

‼️‼️DO NOT ‼️ ‼️‼️I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS, the customer service is horrible I placed an order early September didn’t receive it until mid October they claimed my order was a preorder which was not true . I received conflicting messages giving me 3 delivery dates by 2 different ppl. Then when I tried returning my item because it was too large after one day of receiving it I was told I was outside my return limit date I the screenshot my arrival date of package given a code to enter and guess what took nearly a month for the return to process to only get a partial refund because they claimed the one piece had a stain in the crotch area . I never wore the item and when I tried it on of course I tried it on with undergarment also the body suit was so baggy it couldn’t even touch my private areas . ‼️DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ‼️

Hice una devolución de un pedido el 22 de octubre, estamos a 23 de noviembre (UN MES DESPUÉS) y parece que aún no han recibido ellos el pedido, cuando según la compañía de transportes, el pedido les llegó en su oficina el 26 DE OCTUBRE (pocos días después de haberlo enviado). Yo he tenido que contactarlos para tener noticias (3 semanas después del envío) y la atención al cliente es casi inexistente. Después de que pagas gastos de envío para recibirlo y para enviarlo (habiendo hecho una compra de más de 200€) Parece que tienes que suplicar por tu dinero... Creo haber ido yo misma desde París a su oficina en Inglaterra habría salido más rentable y rápido... La ropa de buena calidad, pero el servicio tiene mucho que mejorar. No lo recomendaría ni volvería a comprarles.

NEVER ordering from Club L London again, disappointed is an understatement. Ordered x3 dresses through Amazon next day delivery 2 weeks ago and have not received any emails / notifications since to say my order has dispatched. Paid over £400.00 and nothing back. Absolutely shocking service!

Beautiful items but they didn't fit right and I had only a 2 week window for return. I bought dresses for an event and preparing for an event before and after doesn't happen overnight. By the time I organized all my returns at 3 weeks, it was past their return date of 2 weeks! The usual US return window is 1 month. Complete waste of $300. Last time I'll be ordering and will let my friends and family know about this.

I wish I could give zero stars. It’s a while ago that I ordered something, and I keep forgetting to write a review. I ordered several dresses to try on for a wedding. After sending the dresses I didn't like back they said I haven’t put one dress into the parcel. After calling them they confirmed that they have received the dress *that apparently was missing* but that it is was used!?!?. I literally just tried on the dress and put it back, two people can witness that!! Their prove was sending me a picture with tiny bits of dust on the dress. Nothing else. if that person would have blown onto that dress the dust would just fly of!! that literally was a joke £65 for dress that is super ugly and way to big. The customer service is just unprofessional and stupid.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a $160 dress that looks nothing like the photo so I tried making a return. I paid the $18 return/shipping fee & they provided me with an ALREADY USED QR code. I went to USPS to return the item and I was told the QR CODE/Return barcode was already used. I reached out to customer service serval times over the past few weeks both via email and social media only to get no response. When I finally got one I was told since it’s been more than 14 days I can’t return. I paid for the shipping label & return well before the 14 days window was up and emailed them several times for a new QR code well before the 14 day window was up! Now not only am I stuck with a $160 dress but I also lost $18 in the return.

Worst shop ever!! Do not order I wish I read all the reviews before ordering ! Faulty dresses and such horrible customer service. If my issues with this company don’t get sorted I will take It to social media. I don’t know how they find it normal to send out faulty items and not respond to there customers with a solution! Absolutely disgusting

They posted me a dress with a huge whole in it. When I requested a refund/return/replacement dress for my engagement party, they never responded. Horrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST.
