“They SCAM you on the returns. I sent my return back in new condition, paid $20 to send it back. I tried on right after the shower, no makeup no deodorant nothing. They’re saying my return came back with stains and smelling like perfume. I don’t even own perfume!! And they said I need to pay an additional shipping fee to return the item back to me or they’ll discard it?! Don’t order from this place unless you plan on keeping their cheap clothes”

I ordered a dress in October that did not fit right, I immediately returned it and I was notified by them that they had indeed received this dress but still no refund not even an update, not even store credit just a generic msg about the fact I will be told when the order has been received. Like what?? They have no customer service number so you are left to either abandon the mission to get your hard earned money back or to ensure repeatedly sending emails requesting an update. It is so sad as I am normally a loyal customer but I will NEVER spend anymore of my money there and I will ensure that no one I know does since this is the way they do things. They don’t even know how many customers they have lost just yet. Such a shame.”
“I paid a premium on my delivery to ensure my products were delivered within 1-2 days… 6 days later and following countless excuses and lies my order arrived obviously late. I contacted customer service requesting a refund for the delivery after I returned my whole purchase unopened and was ignored. Really bad service, would not recommend and will never buy again.”

I was in hospital so was unable to send it back so day 16 i asked if i could post back and exchange as i understood i was 2 days over. They didnt want to help at all. I wasnt asking for a refund. Just a credit note or to exchange. Really bad customer service for a loyal customer. They still have the same dress selling full price so really could not u derstamd the problem over 2 days!!”

Purchased 2 dresses from these people, returned them as they were not suitable with the tags STILL attached. They refused to give me a refund stating the dresses were returned in poor condition! You email them and they take an eternity to reply and there are no numbers to call them on! What reputable business has no contact number. Avoid this business unless you have money to lose. I will be contacting Trading Standards regarding this matter.”

I have a royal mail receipt which says received by retailer. They do not have a contact number! And their email response seems automated as it does not provide a response to my email. I bought three dresses from them, I decided to send all three dresses back. When Club L London processed my refund they said I only returned two dresses.
When I looked at the reviews I knew I’d have no chance getting my refund. When I messaged them it took a while to get a response, but when I did they lied and said I haven’t returned the three dresses. I sent them the proof of the weight of the parcel and they said that this was wrong.
They said that the three dresses should weigh 1.2kg and it only weighed 300g. So they’re telling me, one dress could weigh 900g whilst the other two dresses weighed 300g.
They’ve stolen £60 off me and plenty of other people too. This company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Girls please do not waste your money and listen to the reviews. Complete and utter scammers they are a disgrace stealing off people. I’ll never buy off them again!”

The event I ordered it for had also already passed by this point. And then when I went to return it I was charged £2.99 for the postage. So iv paid £12 to be sent a dress the wrong size late.
