I ordered a few dresses to try on but due to me being heavily pregnant (36 weeks at the time) none of the dresses fit so I returned the items.
I receive an email to say I had only been refunded for some of the dresses.
When questioned, they stated 2 of the dresses were ‘damaged’ and I would have to pay for them. I asked for proof and was sent pictures with the tiniest dots of make up from trying the items on.
I have been emailing back and forth with the company for the past week with no help. They have no understanding, empathy and the customer service is appalling.
Please do not order from here. It’s not worth it.
