Rubbish service Cant return anything, sophie from their CS team is so rude, cant return faulty dress as wore once- of course i wore it! Didnt buy it to sit in my cupboard NEVER again Keep the £55

It’s ashame that this company is repeatedly ripping people off, I bought three dresses and the next day I sent two back. I then got an email saying I had worn them and they won’t be refunding me and sent me the items back 😤! I have emailed and emailed to be completely blanked. What they sent me back wasn’t mine as it has blonde hair in and I have jet black hair!! Upon researching this it’s not just me but thousands of people. Do not buy a thing from this company or risk loosing your money

A SCAM! You buy it, you're stuck with it. Don't even bother trying to get your money back. I ordered a blazer from them, tried it on, didn't like it and returned it. After paying the shipping to send it back to them. They said the blazer was damaged and worn... HOW?! WHERE?! Where is it damaged? Because I tried to fit the button in the hole that was too small to begin with? Worn where? When there's a huge strap attached to it so that you CAN'T wear it out? Their claims are baseless and made up. Now they're saying that I can not receive a refund. This was my first time ordering from them and it will definitely be my last.

The worst company to buy from. They are a scam do not buy from them. I returned items I baught and I have sent them thousands of emails no response . They sent me an email that they recieved the items I paid to return but have not sent me my refunds, it’s been 3 months now. I can’t believe this. Total scam.

fell apart after one use, loose threads popping out from every seam possible, a lot around the inside and outside of the decorative bust making it look tatty and unwearable really disappointing for an £85 dress, completely unsatisfactory quality

Same problem as others below. Returned item in perfect condition and was told I couldn't get a refund due to smell even though I had only wore it to try it on. Absolutely appealing customer serivce !!

Ordered a dress for a friends wedding, it came, I tried on and didn’t like the fit so I put it back in package and returned with in timescales, Then 2 weeks later I got an email from Royal Mail to say my club l package was being delivered but I hadn’t ordered anything, To my surprise it was the dress I had already returned (which I returned with all labels and ribbon attached, no marks or damage, in perfect condition) So I emailed them, they didn’t reply, I emailed again, still no reply, I messaged on social media and then got a reply to my email with a screen shot of an email from abbey saying they had emailed me (I searched all my emails and this email was not found) at first they said it had been returned to me due to the condition it was returned in so I pushed back with photos showing the dress was in a perfect condition, they then said it was returned due to it looking like it had been worn. Once again I replied to this to say it was pretty impossible to wear it as it had a black ribbon all the way around the dress and tags still attached (I would of looked pretty stupid wearing that out) I asked for contact details or a senior manager or complaints department. To this I got an email signed of from ‘club l team leader’ saying it was returned due to it smelling like it had been worn ( I checked the smell of the dress! It doesn’t smell! Furthermore kinda insulting) 3 different excuses for not refunding me my money. Club L are scamming their customers and refusing refunds to perfectly returned items! I think the refund inspector and their customer service team all need some additional training! Looking on here it appears I’m not the only one who has experienced such an appalling service one of which seems to be exactly the same issue!

Purchased items and didn't appreciate the super low quality so returned it. I was refused an original payment refund and was offered store credit...it specifies that those items are on sale and only eligible for a return of store credit only once scrolled down to the page and no way would someone notice that when adding items to the basket...The store credit was issued 3 times with 3 different amounts and non of them worked! The customer service advisors were super blunt and rather rude...TERRIBLE all around

Returned a dress in perfect condition and exactly the same happened as to anonymous below. It was returned damaged and we were blamed and lost out on a £45 refund. A complete scam and we aim to take legal action. Customer services rude and immature in their reply. Avoid at all costs.

I have contacted you numerous times to complain that I had returned a jumpsuit in perfection condition and been refused a refund. Not only did you refuse a refund you send the jumpsuit back to me and suggested it had been damaged. This is impossible as the jumpsuit was only tried on and sent back the same day it was received. I have the jumpsuit it is NOT damaged. I have read numerous reviews from customers complaining about the same issue. I am not a fraudster and will not be accused of being one. You need to address this issue or risk losing valuable customers.

Club L London is a scam. They owe me over $500 and will not resolve a return. DO NOT BUY from them because if you need to return something you are screwed. I followed their steps exactly from their website and unfortunately no one will help me actually get my refund. NOT to mention I have the receipt of what I paid to ship it back. Completely unacceptable.

Awful company and very poor customer service!!! Sent 2 dresses back and only refunded for one. After emailing them they told me the returns team said that I had worn the 2nd dress as it smelt like it had been worn. I have not worn the dress, it was too long so I returned it. After numerous emails back and fourth the dress was sent back to me even though I said it hasn't been worn. I've received it back and it smells brand new!!! Which is no surprise because I haven't worn it! To make matters worse I have recieved it back with a pull at the front of the material. So not only have I been accused of wearing it, they have the cheek to send it back to me faulty. I am very disappointed and I'm waiting for a reply to my email, but judging by the other bad reviews I probably won't get a reply. Never ordering from this company again !

I ordered clothes more than 1 month ago, still not arrived. I wrote them an email, that i would like to get back the money because i no longer need the dresses. And i cant track my order online, the system is not showing me any details about the delivery. They are not willing to pay it back, they do not care about the lost order. 👏🏻👏🏻 Never again club l london!!!

Be very careful it’s a fraud, I bought a dress and it was very different from the picture, the quality was very low quality. After contacting them on the website as they don’t provide you a phone Number. They send me a label to send it back, I send it back they send me an email wait 10 days for a refund, after 15 days they send me back the same dress!!! They try to send it back and you will never receive your money back. Be very careful, Thanks god I bought it using PayPal , so PayPal now are trying to resolve the issue. Be very carful, don’t buy from them and do the same error I did.

I ordered from Club L London, two weeks ago. I ordered two dresses, I received one item faulty and immediately reported it to the company in attempt to allow them to correct it. I received an email advising that they will be in contact within four days and requesting proof of the item being faulty, tags attached, etc. I sent this and was sent another email advising they would be moving to correct this issue and sending me another item as soon as possible. To my dismay this wasn’t done, I soon received another email advising me to send their faulty item back I assume to send to another paying customer, because they not only required me to send it back to receive the item correctly they are requiring me to pay for the issue they created AGAIN! They want me to pay to send their faulty item back and they are refusing to correct their issue. I have ordered from this company many times in the past but this will be the last time. I won’t stop with leaving a review here I want to notify others so they will not have to go through this.

Terrible service. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery but didn’t get the dress until day 2. Tried to contact customer services for the refund of postage … no response whatsoever. The dress is nice but not worth the price paid.

The WORSE online store ever..... Pooooorrrrrrrrrr Poor Poor Poor customers service ..... I have never seen this yet.. I spent over 700 pounds and I just want exchange for a smaller size to go in time for my holiday. From Saturday and today is Wednesday this is crazy... The wore.. .. I am forever going tell my friends not to... The worse.....

Purchased two dresses the same just in different sizes after asking if I can return, neither were good so I returned both, next thing I know they have come back in a tiny bag screwed up with a note stating I returned them in poor quality, I returned with all tags intact and back in the original packaging, no customer service with this company at all, no response to emails, no phone number to contact, reported to Watchdog and trading standard
