Returned a dress in perfect condition and exactly the same happened as to anonymous below. It was returned damaged and we were blamed and lost out on a £45 refund. A complete scam and we aim to take legal action. Customer services rude and immature in their reply. Avoid at all costs.

I have contacted you numerous times to complain that I had returned a jumpsuit in perfection condition and been refused a refund. Not only did you refuse a refund you send the jumpsuit back to me and suggested it had been damaged. This is impossible as the jumpsuit was only tried on and sent back the same day it was received. I have the jumpsuit it is NOT damaged. I have read numerous reviews from customers complaining about the same issue. I am not a fraudster and will not be accused of being one. You need to address this issue or risk losing valuable customers.

Club L London is a scam. They owe me over $500 and will not resolve a return. DO NOT BUY from them because if you need to return something you are screwed. I followed their steps exactly from their website and unfortunately no one will help me actually get my refund. NOT to mention I have the receipt of what I paid to ship it back. Completely unacceptable.

Awful company and very poor customer service!!! Sent 2 dresses back and only refunded for one. After emailing them they told me the returns team said that I had worn the 2nd dress as it smelt like it had been worn. I have not worn the dress, it was too long so I returned it. After numerous emails back and fourth the dress was sent back to me even though I said it hasn't been worn. I've received it back and it smells brand new!!! Which is no surprise because I haven't worn it! To make matters worse I have recieved it back with a pull at the front of the material. So not only have I been accused of wearing it, they have the cheek to send it back to me faulty. I am very disappointed and I'm waiting for a reply to my email, but judging by the other bad reviews I probably won't get a reply. Never ordering from this company again !

I ordered clothes more than 1 month ago, still not arrived. I wrote them an email, that i would like to get back the money because i no longer need the dresses. And i cant track my order online, the system is not showing me any details about the delivery. They are not willing to pay it back, they do not care about the lost order. 👏🏻👏🏻 Never again club l london!!!

Be very careful it’s a fraud, I bought a dress and it was very different from the picture, the quality was very low quality. After contacting them on the website as they don’t provide you a phone Number. They send me a label to send it back, I send it back they send me an email wait 10 days for a refund, after 15 days they send me back the same dress!!! They try to send it back and you will never receive your money back. Be very careful, Thanks god I bought it using PayPal , so PayPal now are trying to resolve the issue. Be very carful, don’t buy from them and do the same error I did.

I ordered from Club L London, two weeks ago. I ordered two dresses, I received one item faulty and immediately reported it to the company in attempt to allow them to correct it. I received an email advising that they will be in contact within four days and requesting proof of the item being faulty, tags attached, etc. I sent this and was sent another email advising they would be moving to correct this issue and sending me another item as soon as possible. To my dismay this wasn’t done, I soon received another email advising me to send their faulty item back I assume to send to another paying customer, because they not only required me to send it back to receive the item correctly they are requiring me to pay for the issue they created AGAIN! They want me to pay to send their faulty item back and they are refusing to correct their issue. I have ordered from this company many times in the past but this will be the last time. I won’t stop with leaving a review here I want to notify others so they will not have to go through this.

Terrible service. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery but didn’t get the dress until day 2. Tried to contact customer services for the refund of postage … no response whatsoever. The dress is nice but not worth the price paid.

The WORSE online store ever..... Pooooorrrrrrrrrr Poor Poor Poor customers service ..... I have never seen this yet.. I spent over 700 pounds and I just want exchange for a smaller size to go in time for my holiday. From Saturday and today is Wednesday this is crazy... The wore.. .. I am forever going tell my friends not to... The worse.....

Purchased two dresses the same just in different sizes after asking if I can return, neither were good so I returned both, next thing I know they have come back in a tiny bag screwed up with a note stating I returned them in poor quality, I returned with all tags intact and back in the original packaging, no customer service with this company at all, no response to emails, no phone number to contact, reported to Watchdog and trading standard

Dress arrived perfect timing fit nicely only to realise as I was walking out the door had a gaping hole in the back of the dress, nothing I could do about it as was in the hotel room about to leave to the races. So had to come up with an idea to change the style of the dress. Very disappointing!!

Dress was very poor quality with… Dress was very poor quality with unfinished stitching and zip broke on first and only wear. Club L London have refused to refund me. Absolute insult I have contacted visa dispute and instructed them to recover my money. I will not be buying from these crooks ever again. Shabby cheap product. Beware Buyers!

Order No. UK742970 I bought two dresses from Club L London for my daughters prom. She tried them both on briefly but didn't like the colour so we ordered her a other from Club L which she liked. We returned the first two - my wife works in retail so made sure they were in good order and packaged them as best she could. When the dresses arrived they came in small bags within a bigger bag so were somewhat crumpled and creased. A few days later I received a refund for one dress. I was worried that perhaps the company had not realised there were two returned, but I had filled out the paperwork correctly so waited a while longer. Still no refund. I emailed the company and eventually received a response stating that one of the dresses was in "poor condition". I was shocked by this so enquired as to what this "poor condition" was - but received no response. I have since chased the company umpteen times and had no reply. I took to social media to find that there were a number of other customers complaining about various aspects of this company and their refunds. I believe that this company has poor practices, acts deceitfully and rips off customers. I would strongly advise not to buy from them.

I would give zero stars if I could !! Customer service is ridiculous !! The only reason I ordered from them a second time is because I actually liked my jumpsuit for my gender reveal !! However I’ve been reaching out to them for two weeks about my last dress I ordered that was way too small ! No one has responded even though I been PAID $20 To return my item back ! They also claimed they owe me $70 when I started the refund process online by myself but I paid $104. Nobody has yet to respond to me about that either . At this point I just want my money back . This is for my baby shower && I was hoping I could shop with them but never again ! If you are unsure of what size to order please don’t cause it’s a hassle and you’re responsible for returning item !Unless you have time and money to waste! It’s the customer service for me at least let me know what’s going on ! Have you received my item ?? Send me a email or something !!

I ordered a white maternity dress as next day delivery for baby shower but it never arrived on time. When it arrived two days later, there was a massive hole on side of the dress. I emailed the customer service and was asked to send picture is the dress with tags which I did but still haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointed with the whole service and poor quality of the dress.

A dress that was sent as damaged and not even tried by my daughter was sent back to us when we tried to return it and my money not returned. Check every item you receive even if you don’t try it on. Shocking customer service.

Ordered a couple of tops and quality was awful so I returned and got a store credit instead of a refund when I asked for a refund. Ordered a dress, it came with marks all over it so returned again asking for a refund as hadn’t tried the dress on… got store credit for half of the amount I was due and still waiting for a response as to why. Customer service is awful and so is the quality of clothing. Do not recommend!

I’ve emailed ClubL several times now and they’ve choose to ignore me so..... I will never order from here again. I loved ClubL dresses but this time ruined my whole night as the button holes was obviously to big for the button and kept popping open all night. Bad communication ClubL very very disappointed.
