**There is no customer service at all!** - no phone number to call - no email to help you communicate with them - no live chat function! Just no help…. Clothes are ok, but if you have a question or issue or just need some customer service there is nothing. The telephone number listed is wrong and there is no email address to communicate, the online chat function isn’t answered. So just beware of this! And hope your order fits!

Too small size, you have to pay for shipping returns. $50 in shipping total. An absolute joke. Don't bother.

Absolutely awful experience - scam! Absolutely awful customer service. Returned a dress over a month ago and have still been waiting for a full refund. I contacted Club L London to ask about where my refund was and they sent me a reply to say my item had been flagged blaming me of it smelling of perfume and that I had washed the item which was not the case at all. I wish I would have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering as this seems to have happened to others before. Just a way to try and make money out of people, very stressful and upsetting. Unprofessional service from start to finish.

Absolutely awful service - returned 3 jumpsuits in the exact condition I had them. All we’re tried on and worn for approximately 20 seconds and I could never have left the house in them as they were all completely see-through!!! 2 were refunded, 1 was not. When enquiring why, and after waiting 2 weeks for a response, I’ve been blamed for marks on the jumpsuit and told my £70 will not be refunded. All 3 were tried on in the exact same environment, and none of them were damaged! I’m now out of pocket £70, not ideal 2 months before your wedding and with all the expense. All because of Club L London’s awful customer service and failure to check items before they were sent. There is no way I caused these marks - awful service form start to finish.

I will never shop here again. I purchased a dress that was poorly made and had clearly been worn or tried on before. I returned it on May 5th. Club L still had not processed my return. Lulus and Bebe processed returns quickly. No one responds when you reach out for customer service support. Buyer Beware. Club L is a hot mess.

ordered 2 dresses, which i subsequently returned. They refunded me for 1, saying I returned only 1 of the dresses (i returned both in the same parcel).They then refused to refund me when i raised the mistake, claiming that they need to see the postal receipt, check the weight, and check it matches what the weight of the two dresses should be. Eventually, after fighting customer service for weeks they issued a refund for the second dress out of "good-will", with no apology. Worst customer service i have ever in my lifetime of online shopping experienced.

It’s a Scam! They hold off return address for 6 weeks and once the item is returned, tells you that it is over 2 week return policy! Never again… poor quality clothing, horrendous customer service, great scammers!

Do not order from this website. They are frauds! I sent back a dress that was too short, tags attached in perfect condition. They won’t refund me as they said I returned damaged and worn. Absolute lies. Won’t provide evidence, I just get excuse after excuse with their awful customer service team. Do yourselves a favour and save your money. This company needs shutting down, I have reported them to trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE all the clothes they sent had faults on them including zips pulls, sent them back and they sent store credit because they were in the sale and won’t refund. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The company is so bad so please be aware even if you receive faulty items they will Not refund you!

Recieved the dress with cut on the sleeve. Sent a email about the problem, told me to send pictures. Sent them an email with proof, all the pictures, said I want to return the dress and get a refound. After 3 days still no reply. Sent email again, still no reply.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of these dresses. Spent £280 on 3 dresses and all the threads were hanging out and material was flimsy.One dress cost me £150, I tried it on and asked my mum to guess how much I paid for it… she said no more then £40! Delivery was fast but dresses were shocking. My first and last time I order from Club L. The pictures may not look that bad but when you’ve spent £280 I except the dresses to be immaculate.

Appalled by policy and service. I bought two dresses for an event. 1 I kept and 1 I returned. The one I returned was simply too small and I preferred the other. It was returned after 1 try on with all tags, packaging etc attached. I realised after over a month of waiting that I still hadn't received any confirmation of the return. I checked the tracking and it showed to have been delivered 1 month prior. I contacted customer services to find out what had happened and they came back saying they had received it (but didn't tell me), and that it was returned in "poor condition" so I wouldn't receive the refund ( I thought it was pretty bad that I wasn't made aware of this until asking). Anyway to cut a long story short, I asked for what the damage was because I thought this was impossible from only trying on the item once, and they said it was "covered in dust". They sent a picture which seemed to be a small patch of what looked like dry skin, not dust (it was white for starters). A lot of points could be argued here, like how can they prove the "dust" came from me and not in transit/in their warehouse etc etc. But what I find ridiculous is that it is quite clearly dry skin which has likely got on the dress through trying it on. Which for starters could simply be brushed off but also is a very likely possibility of someone trying on an item. I have eczema and it is easy for my skin to become dry. I have tried on and returned hundreds of items and have never come across anything so ridiculous as a small patch of dry skin being perceived as "damage". They should make it clear on their policy if you have any skin condition/even just a day of dry skin to not try on items as you won't be able to return them. Poor customer service with very little understanding or apology from their side. I have raised this with my bank and consumer rights. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Extremely bad quality. Dress is fully see-through. Do not rate the quality or fabric one bit considering the dress cost me nearly £40!!!! Waste of money in my opinion and very disappointed.

I initially ordered my first dress and loved it. No issues. I ordered a second dress and wore it once. I washed it according to instructions and it was all pulled and in terrible condition even though I did exactly what the label said. I contacted Customer Services and sent pictures. They forwarded to another department and didn't get back to me. After chasing this, they informed me that the dress fault was down to wear and tear...after wearing it once! It was fine before it went into the washing machine. I would understand if the dress was a cheap dress but it wasn't. It should last more than one wash and certainly shouldn't be damaged after being worn once.

Disappointed, I’ve ordered multiple event outfits and decided to take a chance in their lounge outfits. Was super happy but wore it once and the material has rubbed weirdly. :/ Won’t order the lounge wear from now on.

I purchased one of the black feathered tops back in 2020. I brought the top obviously to wear out but as you know this was peak covid times and we kept going in and out of lock down. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to wear the top and to be honest as time went on I forgot I had it. I had a dinner to go to over the weekend and remembered I had the top so decided to wear it. Once I got home and took off the top all of the ink had rubbed onto my skin / underarms. I was not aware of this at all, especially as this was my first time wearing the top. I was fuming as at first I actually didn’t know what it was, but shortly came to terms that it was the top. Now I know at that point I had purchased the top over a year ago however, as club L still sell the top I thought I’d make it know that this was unacceptable. I sent an email along with pictures and all the customer service operated said was “ it’s past 14 days and we This helps us to keep adding to the newness of products that we know you LOVE.” First of all, there was no empathy or acknowledgement that this was unacceptable from the agent (Sophie) secondly you still sell the top, in fact you’ve put the price up. I was not happy at all as this is bad service. It’s one thing if you say no refund but not even , something in exchange or a discount code for another purchase etc. this service was very very poor. I do NOT recommend to get in black. I think it more annoys me as I have it in white which is fine and I love hence I brought it in black. It’s a no from me Club L need to do better !!!

Im truley heartbroken i have ordered a jumosuit for my own gender reveal party my jumpsuit was ordered through clear pay and my adress as been put as 338 not flat 1 im gutted ive tried to ring and everything it has now been sent back to yourselfs i emailed friday about this and ive still not had a reply ive emailed on insta and email ive contacted club l and royal mail and clear pay they have said you have received it back please can someone atleast reply and help me resolve my situation as i dont no where i stand i am with out My outfit and no one is responding to me

Hello, this is my second email now, my dress hasn’t arrived yet. It’s in my local Royal Mail. I called Royal Mail yesterday and they said that your company has not paid for a guaranteed deliver which means it can come whenever or it will come after another week. I place the order on 14th of April for my birthday which is on 29th of April and I even paid 4.99£ for a next Saturday delivery which was 16th of April. Now today it’s 26th of April and I’m still waiting for that dress I haven’t planned my birthday or anything just cause I’m waiting for it to arrive and decide. This was my first time ordering with club l london and I’m absolutely disappointed. It has ruined my 18th birthday and I’ll make sure I will never use club l london and make sure to tell my friends and family not to use it too.
