I think that Club L London returns process should be investigated by its relevant country's consumer regulatory department. When you buy an item you have to pay for express shipping of $30 AUD and pay another almost $30 AUD to return a faulty item. Plus the cost of the dress another $170 AUD that cannot be used. If you do end up receiving a refund you still lose approx $60 AUD for shipping with no product... Seriously how is this ok? That's fraud and absolute poor poor customer service for the average consumers struggling to pay for clothing they work so hard for. Shame on you Club L London. Absolute rip off and no care for the consumer. App I hope your appalling systems and processors are audited.

My first order went great. My second order for FOUR dresses showed up opened and missing TWO dresses. I refused the DHL shipment. I have emailed 10 times and filed a claim with PAYPAL . Still no dresses and NO REFUND. They are horrible.

Terrible customer service! As I returned 2 dresses which are cost $500 and I still haven’t got any email and refund! Very bad service. I paid when I wanted To buy a dress and it took my money for 2 seconds but when I need my money back it takes forever! I’m so upset with this brand.

Terrible return process. I ordered a dress that was larger than expected. Originally I wanted to exchange it, but due to the terrible customer service and numerous automated responses. I had to buy another dress. I spent $100 on this dress and just wanted a refund after going back in forth with no actual response from a human. The online return portal only works if you're based in the UK.

Returned a dress in November and still waiting for a refund of £96.99. Have emailed numerous times - no response. Have twitted - no response. Have DM'ed on insta - no response. Having to raise a fraud dispute and complaint to the Ombudsman, and eventually looking to take legal recovery action... So silly!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATD IN THE UK. RETURNS ARE A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THINK THAT IF THEY CALL YOU BABE, YOU WON'T MIND THEIR AWFUL RETURN POLICY

I returned 3 dresses to them in back December, paid $25 bucks for shipping and nothing... Emailed them twice, no response. They were supposed to refund me for almost $300!!! Scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would horrendous customer service they refuse to refund you offer any kind of discount or replacement honestly girls save your money and stick to oh Polly it’s not worth the hassle of emailing back and forth to these incompetent swines

I had ordered on two separate orders the same dress, one came and the other didn't. When I emailed them they said they'd investigate it and its now been four months and I still have not recieved a refund, Sophie Bain was supposed to be in contact but has made no such efforts. £150 is a lot of money to lose so now I'm having to get my solicitor to email them and contact the ombudsman.

Well i am not surprised to find reviews like this! I ordered a dress it came and it had already been worn I contacted them and they said send back and we will send out a new one so I did they never sent out a new dress they then sent refund which still is not in my bank 11 days later…. Told me to re purschase the dress which I did and when It came it was the same worn dress that I had sent back how un professional is this company disgusting… I have asked them to send me another refund and that are continuing to ignore my messages do not order from this place I will be taking this matter further as I am £120 down!!!

really poor quality dresses. Sent me a dress that was completely destroyed along the zipper and refused refund. paypal would not back me up either. DO NOT ORDER THIS TRASH. Way to expensive for poor quality!!

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I received the dress in a very bad condition and quality it was torn. I emailed them about what I received and asking them to send me a return label since the portal is giving me two options and both options is paying $20.05 for return and I would not pay that amount because it’s their fault not mine I’ve been contacting them since more than a week now and they are not helpful at all. Keep saying yes please return and follow our portal instructions which I already did I followed the instructions and I took pictures and emailed them and I also screen recording what Im doing to get to the final step of return and they kept saying same thing( yes please return) I will be sharing some photos of the gown I received.

Customer service is disgusting. Sent two dresses back which were sent using mail tracking and still not received a refund despite showing received around a month ago. Try emailing customer services and they send out a form to report missing items which must be completed within 48 hours. This is done from my end then a week later still nothing back from them

Ordered a dress in October, saving for my hen party. Tried the dress on when arrived, all was ok. Put it on to go out in, within an hour of being out the zip failed, leaving me mortified and having to go and get changed. Complained to them and keep getting told they won’t refund as outside of the 14 days and tags have been removed. They haven’t offered to repair, or replace the item either. Now are ignoring my emails. Under the consumer rights act, I should be offered a repair or replacement for an item under 6 months old. So now I am left with a broken dress that cannot be worn again and £150 out of pocket which adds insult to injury. There customer service staff couldn’t care less

I ordered two different sizes in each item trying to send them back Qr code does not work not contact number. There email services is really bad! They don't respond and by the time they do they say its to late!! Ridiculous

DO NOT BUY. If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. Horrendous customer service and ability to process correct refunds. Ordered two dresses in November. Did not even try the dresses on, returned in original packaging on time and still yet to receive refund. They have emailed 2 months later and said refund will not be processed as it 'smells'. Absolute scam!

Still waiting on a refund, and by the looks of these reviews, so is everyone else. They don’t seem to like responding to emails either and usually every company puts the CEO’s contact details online I’m not surprised Katie Randev held them back for this very reason. The customer service is beyond a joke.
