Returned a dress in November and still waiting for a refund of £96.99. Have emailed numerous times - no response. Have twitted - no response. Have DM'ed on insta - no response.
Having to raise a fraud dispute and complaint to the Ombudsman, and eventually looking to take legal recovery action... So silly!
