“Disgusted with club l London. I bought a dress at £150, opened the dress out and it looked nothing like the photos, I didn’t even try it on I put it back in the bag and returned it. 4 weeks later I have not received any update from them to say item received or my refund back. I emailed them to ask why I haven’t received my money back and they responsed saying this item is faulty and we cannot refund you. Firstly, They had no intentions of ever contacting me to tell me this had I of not reached out them. Secondly, the dress did not go on my body, labels everything in tact. They did not care and wouldn’t give me the refund. I asked them for photos and there was a slight tan mark inside the dress, clearly I didn’t notice the mark because I did not look at the inside of it I just put it back into the bag. They did not acknowledge anything I said In my email just a blunt response. I will never order from them again after this scam stunt they pulled.”

“Dress order arrived fairly quickly and size was good. The dress quality is not great for a CAD$250 dress. Once it arrived, I decided to try it on and the thin, poorly made zipper completely broke. I have bought it for my bridal shower and sadly I can not wear it. I reached out to customer service and they offered to replace the same item however; I would be receiving the same defaulted product/zipper. Then they offered me a $30 refund, on a $250 dress? Sadly, nowadays; $30 is not even enough to cover the cost to replace a zipper. I even paid quite a bit for duties (CAD$76 for duties alone) and at the end I am left to pay for the zipper myself. I am extremely disappointed.”

“I spend over 300 pounds and I had to pay for delivery I placed the order on Saturday And still I haven’t recieve the order it’s taking so long. There should be next day delivery on orders over £150. I think I’m waiting to long”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.....READ THE REVIEWS!!!!! I have left two reviews previously regarding a credit that I have been waiting to receive. I can confirm that after 5 weeks and emailing them EVERY SINGLE DAY we have just received our refund. But after paying $30 for delivery, that is okay I get that but then having to pay another $30 to return, which is not justifiable that leaves me out of pocket $60..... NEVER EVER AGAIN. BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE.....”

“Be careful when buying from this place. Don’t let quick delivery and pretty pictures fool you. The quality is not what it looks in the pictures but the worst is that they don’t refund you if the item is broken and push it on you ‘the item didn’t arrive in a good condition’ oh no surprise! It didn’t arrive in a good condition at my house how would I fix it and get it back to you how you expect. Customer service is shocking. I purchased twice from them, and similar issue every single time. So girls don’t go buying various outfits to try it on as you will might but get your refund!”

“Bought a dress for almost £50, wore it once for a few hours and the material is now so badly snagged that I could never wear it again. When I requested to be refunded for the poor quality of the product, I was told that the damage was caused by ‘extreme stress, heat or being boil washed’. This is rubbish as the damage was there before it was washed, as I told them. I also asked how sitting at dinner for a few hours could cause ‘extreme stress’, however was not given an answer. I ordered another one at the same time which came ripped and a friend of mine also has a dress from here with the same problem as I complained about - so as much as they like to deny the fact that their products are faulty and made with poor quality material, that’s exactly what the issue is yet they refuse to give refunds. Would have loved to wear the dress again, and when I paid that much for it I definitely expected better quality and to be able to wear it more than once, however it it is now completely unwearable. I would avoid this website at all costs and search elsewhere if you want good quality clothing and decent customer service.”

“I think that Club L London returns process should be investigated by its relevant country's consumer regulatory department. When you buy an item you have to pay for express shipping of $30 AUD and pay another almost $30 AUD to return a faulty item. Plus the cost of the dress another $170 AUD that cannot be used. If you do end up receiving a refund you still lose approx $60 AUD for shipping with no product... Seriously how is this ok? That's fraud and absolute poor poor customer service for the average consumers struggling to pay for clothing they work so hard for. Shame on you Club L London. Absolute rip off and no care for the consumer. App I hope your appalling systems and processors are audited.”

“My first order went great. My second order for FOUR dresses showed up opened and missing TWO dresses. I refused the DHL shipment. I have emailed 10 times and filed a claim with PAYPAL . Still no dresses and NO REFUND. They are horrible.”

“Terrible return process. I ordered a dress that was larger than expected. Originally I wanted to exchange it, but due to the terrible customer service and numerous automated responses. I had to buy another dress. I spent $100 on this dress and just wanted a refund after going back in forth with no actual response from a human. The online return portal only works if you're based in the UK.”
