“Complete scammers!!! Two of the same dresses ordered in different sizes and returned as neither fitted. They have refused refund as both are in poor condition. Neither dress were worn! Wish I read reviews before purchasing with them!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! returned a dress that I had for 2 days. First they would not refund as there were several white hairs on dress( the dress was navy) then they said I had worn it but tags were still intact and security cord. Then they said it had a smell. They decided all this after a week of them having it in their returns department!!!!! Shocking!!!!!!”

“Do not purchase from here! If the item doesnt fit, you have to pay $19 to return and you only get refunded the item without tax or delivery so you end up losing over $30.”

“Bought 3 dresses to try on for my University Ball, chose the one I wanted and returned the other 2! They didn’t accept the return & refund and made up that it was in bad condition. Won’t be shopping here again”

“The dress sent out to me had been clearly worn previously. Snagging on the back of the dress, sleeves turned inside out, mould on the bottom of the dress from it dragging along the floor and smells worn. I have been trying to contact customer services with no response from them. £100 down. thankfully I paid via credit card so will dispute it with them”

“The quality is not the same as the picture, and it had a big seem in the front that it does not show in the pictures. They also charge you a shipping fee to return items.”

“Terrible terrible! Express delivery arrived 5 days late - when I contacted customer service they sent me a screen shot of someone else’s delivery claiming it was mine! Entire company is a scam. Sophie Bain was extremely unprofessional!”

“Terrible customer services. Refuse to refund me even though nowhere on the website states what their response were that sale items are non refundable. Then told I was issued store credit but that’s expired (in less than 4 months!) Horrible company.”

“I ordered some clothes from club London, unfortunately they were too small and not what I expected so I wasn't interested in an exchange I wanted a refund. I started the refund process, on February 14th 2022 I received an email stating they received the items. The email stated I should receive an refund within the next 10days. As of today April 11, 2022 I have not received a refund of my $213.99. I have sent several emails as there is no contact number for them. Do not purchase anything from them, they got their items back and my money. I will be reporting them.”

“0* Awful awful awful, I spent £100 on a skirt and top as well as paying for next day delivery. Someone hadn’t done their job properly and sent my order out with standard delivery so I had to contact DPD and pay an extra £10 to upgrade it and get it in time for the weekend. Messaged on Facebook and instagram to get fobbed off and told to email customer service, if which is a response time of up to 4 days, how can you run a business is beyond me? Important: I received my order and the material was cheap and tacky, for £100 I was expecting luxury not Primark tat. To top it all off my top BROKE and the button fell off meaning I had to go and buy a whole other outfit and it ruined my day out in Leeds. Disgusted and I will be returning the goods for a full refund and telling everyone I know NEVER to order again from here.”

“Disgusted with club l London. I bought a dress at £150, opened the dress out and it looked nothing like the photos, I didn’t even try it on I put it back in the bag and returned it. 4 weeks later I have not received any update from them to say item received or my refund back. I emailed them to ask why I haven’t received my money back and they responsed saying this item is faulty and we cannot refund you. Firstly, They had no intentions of ever contacting me to tell me this had I of not reached out them. Secondly, the dress did not go on my body, labels everything in tact. They did not care and wouldn’t give me the refund. I asked them for photos and there was a slight tan mark inside the dress, clearly I didn’t notice the mark because I did not look at the inside of it I just put it back into the bag. They did not acknowledge anything I said In my email just a blunt response. I will never order from them again after this scam stunt they pulled.”

“Dress order arrived fairly quickly and size was good. The dress quality is not great for a CAD$250 dress. Once it arrived, I decided to try it on and the thin, poorly made zipper completely broke. I have bought it for my bridal shower and sadly I can not wear it. I reached out to customer service and they offered to replace the same item however; I would be receiving the same defaulted product/zipper. Then they offered me a $30 refund, on a $250 dress? Sadly, nowadays; $30 is not even enough to cover the cost to replace a zipper. I even paid quite a bit for duties (CAD$76 for duties alone) and at the end I am left to pay for the zipper myself. I am extremely disappointed.”

“I spend over 300 pounds and I had to pay for delivery I placed the order on Saturday And still I haven’t recieve the order it’s taking so long. There should be next day delivery on orders over £150. I think I’m waiting to long”
