Well i am not surprised to find reviews like this! I ordered a dress it came and it had already been worn I contacted them and they said send back and we will send out a new one so I did they never sent out a new dress they then sent refund which still is not in my bank 11 days later…. Told me to re purschase the dress which I did and when It came it was the same worn dress that I had sent back how un professional is this company disgusting… I have asked them to send me another refund and that are continuing to ignore my messages do not order from this place I will be taking this matter further as I am £120 down!!!

really poor quality dresses. Sent me a dress that was completely destroyed along the zipper and refused refund. paypal would not back me up either. DO NOT ORDER THIS TRASH. Way to expensive for poor quality!!

My dress was due to be delivered today I waited in all day took a day off work and it did not arrive. Royal Mail was supposed to deliver trying to Track No update. Ref No: WU 606160421/GB PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE SANDRA EKE 1 Ramillies Road DA159JA

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I received the dress in a very bad condition and quality it was torn. I emailed them about what I received and asking them to send me a return label since the portal is giving me two options and both options is paying $20.05 for return and I would not pay that amount because it’s their fault not mine I’ve been contacting them since more than a week now and they are not helpful at all. Keep saying yes please return and follow our portal instructions which I already did I followed the instructions and I took pictures and emailed them and I also screen recording what Im doing to get to the final step of return and they kept saying same thing( yes please return) I will be sharing some photos of the gown I received.

Customer service is disgusting. Sent two dresses back which were sent using mail tracking and still not received a refund despite showing received around a month ago. Try emailing customer services and they send out a form to report missing items which must be completed within 48 hours. This is done from my end then a week later still nothing back from them

Ordered a dress in October, saving for my hen party. Tried the dress on when arrived, all was ok. Put it on to go out in, within an hour of being out the zip failed, leaving me mortified and having to go and get changed. Complained to them and keep getting told they won’t refund as outside of the 14 days and tags have been removed. They haven’t offered to repair, or replace the item either. Now are ignoring my emails. Under the consumer rights act, I should be offered a repair or replacement for an item under 6 months old. So now I am left with a broken dress that cannot be worn again and £150 out of pocket which adds insult to injury. There customer service staff couldn’t care less

I ordered two different sizes in each item trying to send them back Qr code does not work not contact number. There email services is really bad! They don't respond and by the time they do they say its to late!! Ridiculous

DO NOT BUY. If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. Horrendous customer service and ability to process correct refunds. Ordered two dresses in November. Did not even try the dresses on, returned in original packaging on time and still yet to receive refund. They have emailed 2 months later and said refund will not be processed as it 'smells'. Absolute scam!

Still waiting on a refund, and by the looks of these reviews, so is everyone else. They don’t seem to like responding to emails either and usually every company puts the CEO’s contact details online I’m not surprised Katie Randev held them back for this very reason. The customer service is beyond a joke.

Horrible company i ordered a dress two weeks ago with express shipping only for it to come 2 weeks later. when the dress arrived it had obviously been worn before because it smelt like pure BO and had pits stain under the arm i have emailed then and i still have no response i wish i had read reviews before i bought the dress!!!

very bad customer service, I'm already waiting 3 months for my money back from the product I sent back the same day, reply to email CL you need to be more responsible, I have completed all your requests twice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful experience. Tried to return something and they would not accept. Customer service does not respond to your emails. Really horrible company to deal with if you need to return anything at all. I would not deal with them ever again.

Do not but from this company. I ordered a $250 dress for my birthday that is beautiful but unfortunately too short. I've tried to contract customer services multiples times to get a refund and no reply. I would leave 0 stars if I could DO NOT BUY!! Scammers

I got myself 2 dresses over the Christmas period ordered at the very start of December sent them both back and Iv still had no refund and I can’t get in touch with anyone so Iv basically been scammed next step treading standards this company needs closing down

I’m having the same problems trying to return a dress that arrived super late, on top of all that the return process is ridiculous. I have spent almost $40 us cash just to return a dress I didn’t even wear. As well as the cost of the dress $80 I’m still waiting for my money back smh

As per almost all reviews here, I ordered a dress that was meant to arrive for New Year’s Eve on a pre order. Obviously they didn’t send it to me so I emailed numerous times asking them to cancel my order as I no longer wanted the dress b it they never responded. They finally sent it to me 2 days ago which is absolutely useless so I used the order number to try to return it and the order that comes up is from before new year when I initially ordered them and it won’t let me click to return them. Over £100 waiting to come out of my bank and their responses are all automated responses which doesn’t help at all. Seriously avoid this company!!

Poor customer service Returned two dresses (£45 and £50 after keeping two) They refunded me for one only £45 Not sure how you can be so incompetent to be honest Trying to get in touch with anybody is impossible. Club London please resolve this!!!

Cannot get in touch with them for any help with returns or anything. When you do get an email it’s generic and a hold email. No contact number or way to try to resolve. Clothes are lovely but any issues with the order I found it really hard to resolve!
