I ordered a beautiful dress and was excited to receive it for a vacation. I ordered a size 2 and received a size 6. i THOUGHT OKay no problem i can do an exchange. I emailed customer service 4/5 days ago , twice and received no response. I am an international customer (CANADA) so the return process is not made easy from this company. First, the return label wouldn't work. ( I THINK maybe it was for uk customers) If i ship on my own expense it would've been $150, more than the price of the dress! SecondlY, this is the company's fault. They sent the wrong size. They should be paying for any shipping costs SINCe its their fault but they're so hard to get in touch with. They have't even responded back. Just your generic were busy WITH " you should get an email back within 48 hours." Never will i shop with this or any international company again. There goes $150.. Unless i can re-sell it . HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN THERE IS AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER. ERROR ON THEIR PART SENDING THE WRONG SIZE...AND NOT MAKING ANY EFFORTS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. THERE IS NO POINT IN SHOPPING WITH A COMPANY WHO OFFERS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT WITH YOUR PURCHASES IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/ISSUES. Has anyone had any similar experiences? its so frusterating! I feel so HOPeless. I will have to try to sell the dress personally since there is no way a size 6 would fit. Also, its very upsetting that the company has not even made an responses to my emails. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Worst customer service ever! I returned a trouser for an exchange with a bigger size and I never received it, I emailed and no one is getting back to me , I emailed again and all I get is a message saying we are on bank holiday when it’s already not a bank holiday ! I messaged on Instagram and the same happened they answered my message saying nothing related to my questions. Horrible communication. I am afraid they lost me as a customer:)

the only thing to say is I was very disappointed when I got my package, poor quality compared to the price and the dress totally different from the picture , my skirt and blazer came unzipped Had to send it all back I had a bad experience particularly, especially with quality, smells really bad the size it is not real size for some clothes To be honest I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!

Customer service has been awful. I had ordered some items from club London, when it came to payment I chose to pay with Apple Pay, I noticed that it has charged me for DPD next day delivery however it never gave me an option for delivery at checkout. If I had the option I would have chose standard delivery royal mail which I am aware that club London states is an option. Although, I did not want next day delivery the delivery took 3 days to arrive. Customer service response was that they could not amend the order, which I can understand however they could have reimbursed me for the fault on their website.

This is a real review from an actual buyer and not one from the company itself. Bought the dress in the picture for £45 Wife wore it to a restaurant had it on for about 3 hours. Take a look at the photos after 3 hours of wear. Where your arms drop by your side, it wares the fabric out. In no time at all. The dress looks like its 15 years old and been washed and worn a hundred times. But its been worn once and not washed. Even where the seabelt in a car goes wore out the front of the dress. 20 min drive!!! Really bad customer service they offer a 50% refund!! Why whats the point the dress is useless and not fit for purpose. I would expect tgis from a £5 dress from ali express but not a £45. Really poor quality. Clothes may look nice but they will not last.

absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered 4 dresses, one had three gaping holes in the front seam, I wrote requesting to return it. I got 2 auto generated emails, finally one from a human saying he had issued a free return in “the portal“. When I went to use the returns portal, it didn’t recognize my order number. It is absolutely impossible to find their phone number, so no chance of speaking to anybody. Great products, but will never order again due to very poor service.

Trying to contact Customer service regarding my refund was and still is horrible. I’ve sent several emails to address a return issue that I am having. Well, after almost two weeks of try to get a response from a human rather than an automatically generated email is frustrating. The emails are all the same. My problem is not with the dress that I purchased, they are beautiful. One of them didn’t fit properly and I wanted a refund. I cannot return the dress after 14 days which was not an issue either. The problem is that when I needed assistance with the return no one helped from the company. I bet that I will receive a response on day 15 and my money can’t be refunded.🤦‍♀️ The automated email said that someone will get back to me within 2-3 days and I am still waiting and it’s almost 2 weeks. Needless to say that I will NEVER shop with this company again. I hate being taken advantage of and I feel as though I was robbed. Not responding is very disrespectful and this shows me that they do not value me as a consumer. I attached these date of the first email and I am still waiting for a response.

This was my first order from Club L London. I ordered a navy jumpsuit for my birthday to arrive on the 3rd August. It was not delivered to my home, and when I got in contact with Club L London customer service they said I had to wait 28days for them to conduct a investigation before an outcome would be given! They said they had to check cctv and with the courier even though I have a ring doorbell camera!! Unfortunately for me I was out £60 which I could have used at my regular shop so now I have no jumpsuit , or £60! The customer service really is poor compared to any other brand I order from! I’ve never had any issues with Oh polly, house of CB or misguided. I wanted my refund but I won’t get it ! I will never order again or recommend to any of my friends due to my experience

Pros but definitely cons. The dresses are absolutely amazing no faults at all, apart from I order all dresses in a 14 and they fitted but a certain style I had to get a 12, and that was still baggy. But the dresses are worth every penny. BUT! I ordered three different orders due to the sizing being wrong, and then I saw I wanted another dress, this was due to going to a few weddings. In the end I kept 3 dresses, one from each other. Here’s the down fall to the company, I sent them all back together and it took three weeks for them to reply to my email. stating it takes 10 workings day, it had been over that as I could see on my Royal Mail tracking that they got the items back. they tried saying to me that they got there at different times but my tracking said different. anyways, I finally got my refund back gradually throughout the day only because I said I will never shop with them. I noticed that they refunded me for the dress I kept but didn’t for one I sent back. they were being sneaky as they were the same colour and when I got the email for the refund they take out the refund price so you can’t see. I explained what they done and for them just to refund me the rest. they wanted proof what dress I kept. So I sent a photo, then they asked me how much the difference was (it’s on their system they should know) it just kept going round in circles until I said I was gonna take this further. Moral of the story, this company takes your money very quickly but doesn’t give it back. Oh and now I’m having to wait 10 more working days for the money to go into my account which is over £300 worth.

Do not purchase !!! scam !!! 0 star !!! I have ordered several items from this website. one item was faulty as the zip got stuck not even half way before i could try it on. i am trying to return the rest. however, my log on details are not working, i tried to create new log on details, it worked the first time when i created the log on details - but never again. I have emailed the company several times of how to return - however no reply, my 14 days are due to expire for return - ????
