Worst customer service ever!
I returned a trouser for an exchange with a bigger size and I never received it, I emailed and no one is getting back to me , I emailed again and all I get is a message saying we are on bank holiday when it’s already not a bank holiday ! I messaged on Instagram and the same happened they answered my message saying nothing related to my questions. Horrible communication. I am afraid they lost me as a customer:)
