“Item was worn once and washed following instructions on garment lable. Fabric has gone bobbly and seem has come apart in 3 place not what you expect from a £50 dress. Emailed Club L who will not refund as if has been worn. Even though item is clearly not fit for purpose.”

“Ordered 2 Dresses from this company, 1 was not what it looked like in the images so returned to them on the 22nd November, didn't hear any confirmation that they received my return so chased on the 5th December and sent them a copy of proof of my return. The responses I am receiving are robotic and not helpful at all, I sent my last email over 7 days ago and chased them yesterday for a response to be sent an automated response telling me to 'be patient and that they are busy'- DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, as I can se from the below trail that I'm not the only one owed a refund”

“Do not purchase from here. I ordered a satin dress and it was too big it arrived highly creased as you would expect with satin material never thought anything else of this - sent it back the day after as per the returns policy unworn in the bag etc within 14 days, after hearing nothing chased it - said I could not have a refund as it did not pass the returns quality control and said they would send it back if I requested to do so. Been causing over a week sent 15 e mails no reply other than generic e mail stating return policy. Absolutely gutted wasted £85! So lesson learned stick to honest fashion sites like pretty little thing who I have had no problems with. I will tell everyone not to shop here it’s a con company!”

“again absolutely shocking! Bought a dress a decided I needed a size up, went to their website to get the return information which stated that I can use to you Asda! Couldn’t find club London so thought well they must be under chi chi London sent it off only to find out that they are not the same or sister company. Spoke to customer service only for them to say if they don’t get it within the 14days then why won’t return my money! Well if your website wasn’t misleading I won’t have sent it off to another clothing shop! Maybe you should take it down and only have the actual website for returns. Such a rude person on the other side as well!”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. First of, sent me two completely random dresses and another customers personal details. I sent back the two dresses, for them to get lost and Club L has not refunded me for my actual order that cost me £100 which I never even received. I have sent Club L my proof of postage and numerous emails. To get in contact with someone is beyond a joke, this has been on going since 01 November 2021, and is still not resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - all they are interested in is your money.,”

“Please look at the negative comments and see a pattern. They will cheat you out of your money I'd you try and refund . It's a shame that they take peoples hard earned money. I returned 2 dresses and was refunded for 1. My advice is to keep fighting them. I'll escalate it as far as I can.”

“I ordered a dress from here which was all right but I didn’t really like it so I went to return it. No problem, happens with a lot of things it just wasn’t my style. The return process was what was super difficult and I will not be buying from them again. I return this dress within 48 hours of receiving it, however, never got a refund. It says you need to return things within 14 days of receiving and I did so now they get to keep my money and the dress? And I had to pay $20 to send it back so I paid a total of $80 instead of my initial $60 for the dress. I will not be recommending this place for anybody else and I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Dress came out was clearly worn and returned. Obvious fake tan marks in the bustier. Scuff marks on hem, hole in the bustier and a massive stain on the buttocks area. Don’t know how this was missed and sent out out as a new product. I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved.”

“scam of a company. Quickly take your money but fail to refund it when you return the items and ignore your messages and emails. having to raise a case with PayPal for the money back. Need to take to trading standards also.”

“I ordered a beautiful dress and was excited to receive it for a vacation. I ordered a size 2 and received a size 6. i THOUGHT OKay no problem i can do an exchange. I emailed customer service 4/5 days ago , twice and received no response. I am an international customer (CANADA) so the return process is not made easy from this company. First, the return label wouldn't work. ( I THINK maybe it was for uk customers) If i ship on my own expense it would've been $150, more than the price of the dress! SecondlY, this is the company's fault. They sent the wrong size. They should be paying for any shipping costs SINCe its their fault but they're so hard to get in touch with. They have't even responded back. Just your generic were busy WITH " you should get an email back within 48 hours." Never will i shop with this or any international company again. There goes $150.. Unless i can re-sell it . HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN THERE IS AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER. ERROR ON THEIR PART SENDING THE WRONG SIZE...AND NOT MAKING ANY EFFORTS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. THERE IS NO POINT IN SHOPPING WITH A COMPANY WHO OFFERS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT WITH YOUR PURCHASES IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/ISSUES. Has anyone had any similar experiences? its so frusterating! I feel so HOPeless. I will have to try to sell the dress personally since there is no way a size 6 would fit. Also, its very upsetting that the company has not even made an responses to my emails. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.”

“Worst customer service ever! I returned a trouser for an exchange with a bigger size and I never received it, I emailed and no one is getting back to me , I emailed again and all I get is a message saying we are on bank holiday when it’s already not a bank holiday ! I messaged on Instagram and the same happened they answered my message saying nothing related to my questions. Horrible communication. I am afraid they lost me as a customer:)”

“the only thing to say is I was very disappointed when I got my package, poor quality compared to the price and the dress totally different from the picture , my skirt and blazer came unzipped Had to send it all back I had a bad experience particularly, especially with quality, smells really bad the size it is not real size for some clothes To be honest I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!”
