again absolutely shocking! Bought a dress a decided I needed a size up, went to their website to get the return information which stated that I can use to you Asda! Couldn’t find club London so thought well they must be under chi chi London sent it off only to find out that they are not the same or sister company. Spoke to customer service only for them to say if they don’t get it within the 14days then why won’t return my money! Well if your website wasn’t misleading I won’t have sent it off to another clothing shop! Maybe you should take it down and only have the actual website for returns. Such a rude person on the other side as well!
