Absolutely terrible customer service. First of, sent me two completely random dresses and another customers personal details. I sent back the two dresses, for them to get lost and Club L has not refunded me for my actual order that cost me £100 which I never even received. I have sent Club L my proof of postage and numerous emails. To get in contact with someone is beyond a joke, this has been on going since 01 November 2021, and is still not resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - all they are interested in is your money.,
