Ordered a dress in October, saving for my hen party. Tried the dress on when arrived, all was ok. Put it on to go out in, within an hour of being out the zip failed, leaving me mortified and having to go and get changed. Complained to them and keep getting told they won’t refund as outside of the 14 days and tags have been removed. They haven’t offered to repair, or replace the item either. Now are ignoring my emails. Under the consumer rights act, I should be offered a repair or replacement for an item under 6 months old. So now I am left with a broken dress that cannot be worn again and £150 out of pocket which adds insult to injury. There customer service staff couldn’t care less
