Please be very careful when ordering from this Company. I, like many others, have had a very bad experience with them. I have ordered several items from them, some of which I have kept, some of which I have returned. Refunds are taking weeks to receive. They are now refusing to credit me for a dress I have returned, despite returning it to them in original condition/original tags/ribbons/packaging/undamaged/unworn and in perfect condition within the 2 week timeframe. Customer service is terrible and there is minimal communication. They are advising me that the dress is damaged/worn/smelly which is totally untrue as I literally had it on for 10 seconds. I will be reporting these scammers to Trading Standards if they do not refund me. I have also still not received an order from 11th October (2 day Amazon delivery) which is now apparently lost according to Amazon, but I am still awaiting a reply from Club L London for a refund despite me sending several emails. There is absolutely no customer care. They really need to get their act together otherwise they will end of losing customers, myself included
