My return was authorised by customer services as the item was faulty with a broken strap. Although the item was bought on 22nd august I didn’t receive until the 9th of September as per tracking. Apparently the shoddy 14 day return period had already commenced so when I tried to auto Stovall return I wasn’t allowed.
They don’t take into account when you received item and don’t bother reading the customer service ticket back to see that they did in fact authorise return.
The item was automatically returned back to me by them. I asked customer service why… a week later apparently it’s because they can’t accept a return after the 14 day EVEN THOUGH THE SAME AGENT AUTHORISED IT! Absolute nonesene.
They need to be investigated by trading standards and everyone should complain
