Terrible quality products and customer service.
Dress purchased for a wedding at the last moment. Upon arrival the dress was ripped. I photographed the dress and managed to secure the tear with a safety pin and change in hair style.
For £120 I felt it was a poor quality product and sent this back.
I later received an email stating ‘ Hi’ no acknowledgment of my name and of a very accusatory tone refusing to provide a refund. Avoid if possible. Even if you’re desperate like I was.
