Nice looking clothes but the minute you need a refund is when they will get difficult.
Had a dress that before even wearing was ruined by being ironed according to instructions and had loose threads.
Emailed 4th August to request a refund and asked to return item. Followed up mid August they said wait for 2 weeks after receipt.
Didn’t hear anything back.
Have emailed again 3rd September.
Very disappointed to need to chase this and haven’t had this experience with any other companies. 1 month to get a resolution is madness even with needing to send an item back!
Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Clear they do not want to provide refunds even when warranted.
